They have some decent designs and styles. Some of the staff were standing around talking instead of offering help to customers. Cashier was somewhat friendly.

They don't know how to properly deal with customers. The manager was very rude. We bought so many items, and she tried to fit them all in one bag even thought she couldn't. When I told her she needs another bag for the items to fit, she said she will charge an extra dollar for the bag as "it was requested by the customer". I wasn't going to pay, she had to use another bag anyways. She began talking to me like I was the enemy. They need to work on their customer service, it was unacceptable.
