US Social Security Administration, Queens NY

There's a rep who answers the phone and you can only hear a small echo on the background and she tells you to speak louder. Heard this from numerous people so i know I'm not crazy. She has been doing this over a year now since the beginning of Covid, its unacceptable and should not be allowed. No professional business would ever allow this.

I made an appointment for 1: 30 on 1/30/20 was with the agent at 1: 29. She could not have been more pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. A totally stress free appointment! Pleasantly surprised!

This is the worst government building I have ever entered. I'm a diabetic and sat there for 3+ hours. I was told to not eat which I began to feel very sick.the employees do not work most of the time 3 windows of 15 were open.

Although I only go when I have to take my mom this place is always at least a half-hour to hour wait. Which I can not understand since there is 15 windows and Everytime there is only 1-3 open. Crazy they either need more help or they just very lazy. Why have all those windows if only a couple of them are gonna be open.

I been going to this office since 2010 and everytime I go there make me wait for hours even if just to do a change of phone number they made me wait hours remind you that I was the only one there this happen to me every time I go to this location there always a waiting game

Quick if you have no appointment.not sure how long it'll take if you have an appointment. But when you don't.you're in and out!
. BUT THEY DID MAKE A BIG MISTAKE ON MY FORMS!

When you come down to this office prepare.yourself but first thing please make sure you eat your breakfast and pack a lunch or dinner the wait time is ridiculous dont forget if you have small children get a baby sitter especially if you need someone to get them off the school bus this is the worse S S office i have ever been in but right about now i need a pr of slippers, pillow, blanket, and push 3 chairs togther

I give them one star because they open the door, waste of tax payer dollar please stop wasting money and just close this location expect to spend four to five hours waiting, no supervision
