I've never had any negative issues with this Social Security Office. Always helpful to me for accurate information concerning me as a client. Time wait is longer sometimes depending on the
. Amount of clients.

If I could give no stars, I would. Why give people appointments if they won’t be seen at that time? Been here since 9: 45 am, had an appointment for 10am and it’s after 11! How do you have 19 windows and almost all are empty! Request a day off from work if you plan on coming to this location. STRAIGHT TRASH!

The Waiting time is like any civic institutions. The customer service workers are professional and respectful (in my opinion) they also try to help out your specific case (by the book) to have all processing go rapidly and smoothly.

Service sucks. They have people sitting here Frm 9: 30 am it's now 1: 30 pm and still no one has been called and it only four people waiting. Not a good location if u have no time to waste. It's a all day process with them.

This office sucks you have an appointment and they have you sitting there for hours. They also have a number system that does not go in order.

Nothing could be gained waiting hours to see someone. They don't have extensions for you to contact anyone and you get hung up on. We need extensions. We need faster services. Not fair to mistreat the public. May the Lord come down.

Don't give appointment if you gonna have people sitting there. Also don't tell people to come to the office when you are close.

I called there many times and never received a call back and wait for up to 4 hours sometimes to speak to someone

They are pretty decent! The security guard is So helpful friendly and respectful. Awesome guy. Staff is okay could b better but overall great
