Cannot get a hold of anybody! On hold for 20-30+ minutes and the machine tells me good-bye!

They do not answer the phones. If they don't have enough ppl to answer phones, then they need to hire more ppl. They also need an attitude check they aren't any better than anyone else. We shouldn't have to wait the phone for an hour or two.its rediculous.who has that time.its getting old.do your job and answer the phones don't let your clients wait on hold for that long. Even 30 mins is too long. You should be doing your job professionally, and tackfully and in a timely manner. It is disrespect to leave someone on hold for that long.when you want something you want it now and in a timely manner. Or we lose out. But we're suppose to drop everything were doing and wait while you take your time, and that's okay right? NO. It's DISRESPECT! You will not get five stars from me ever until you improve. Do your job and answer your phone in a timely manner and efficiently. I dread calling you guys cuz I DO NOT have the time to sit there and just wait on hold, until you are ready to take care of your client. And when I'm calling from work, I don't have 40 mins even to wait on hold. Poor service! Do your job!

Told me I had to wait 1 to 2 weeks for my ss number. Had to wait for over a month and call them 3 times until they realized that my application wasn’t sent.

The Jamestown Office is more of waiting on hold than getting an answer. After 25 minutes on hold the phone hangs up on you and you have to call back. It took me 5 phone calls and 5 different employees to find out why my husbands paper work was not done. Amber was the only one that noticed we were missing a paperwork. The Paperwork was faxed on 8/20 and hopefully on Monday 10/25 it will be in the computer. In the meantime my husband is without insurance. Let’s all hope nothing happens, because i bet SS won’t pay the bills. What a run around and many hours on hold to get an answer. Horrible service, Amber was great, but I think the rest of the employees need more training.

I had an agent from this office give me false information about SSI benefits

At age 69, was told husband was not eligible for Medicare as he did not apply on a timely basis (age 65) and was not employed with over 100 people in his small business. This is CRAZY and WRONG. To think the lady who told us this incorrect information was training a new person. So wrong!
