I went in around 11: 30 am and left by 1: 30 not a long wait at least for me. If you have documents your better off handing them to a person. Never use fax they have a old system and NEVER put your paperwork in the drop box. Always Face to Face so you can see the job get done.

The worse office to call to. I called several times after 9am when they are supposed to be open, and couldn’t reach anyone, but a long Automated message, which then switches you to be connected to someone live, which never happened. I kept being disconnected, unable to speak to anyone live. I need to confirm if they received my Medicare B forms, if not I need to make an appt to drop them off in person, I have not been able to reach anyone. This office has a terrible service rating, now I see why. Not everyone can get the answer they want online. They need to speak to a live person from their local office. This office need to be checked into.

Excellent service in person, however, they will not answer your call; not even to get an appointment. People should not have to visit for an appointment.

This office received 5 stars because I went to submit some documents. The officers and employees was very respectful. This office is so clean and not crowded. Everyone that entered into the building was asked how can they be helped and the officer walked them over to the machine and explain the service, once completed the officer informed them to have a seat and look at the screen for their number to be called. I was very pleased with the service…

Was in and out in under 40 minutes. Went early. No line but a handful of waiting people. The policemen were so nice and kind. The intake man was also kind, nice, informative and he helped me with my problem. I had dreaded going here after the old reviews but that's what they are- old. Cant be about current staff!

After reading the bad reviews, I cannot tell you how much I have dreaded going to SSA … thank God I was pleasantly surprised … I arrived at 8: 50 am there was already a line … at 9am we were greeted by Police Officers McBride and Richards … both kind respectful and polite. We were brought in 5 at a time to keep order and efficiency … it worked … I had my paperwork reviewed and I was walking out the door by 9: 23. Before leaving I wanted to thank Ms, ’. Peart, the Manager, another beautiful person … again such respect, professionalism and true concern. I rarely write reviews … but had to write this one because what I dreaded for months because of reviews I read turned out to be a blessing … I met PO McBride and Richards and Ms. Peart … it started my day off on a positive note … it was not only sunny outside but also inside. So, please don’t be turned off by the reviews the Management snd POs at Laconia have only your best interests in mind … they were OUTSTANDING and a true blessing to this senior citizen My sincere gratitude for a stress free experience at SSA … give them a try you will not regret it. I had the most disgusting women help me today, she was absolutely awful. She really went out of her way to do the bare minimum. She sat at station 12, today (02/24/23). It really has to be an inconvenience to do your job. Not only did she have a LACK of compassion; I felt she said some discriminatory things to me. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get her name because I was in shock of how rude she was. Your job is to help and what I was asking for was really with in your job description and you purposely decided not to do it. But a HUGE thanks to Mrs. Rivera for going out OF her way to help, I appreciate you immensely.

Called 15 times back to back and each time the call was hung up as soon as the agent picked up the line. Is this the way you treat your customers? What if it was your mother calling. Would you find this behavior acceptable? I think not.
