Be prepared to wait long time on the phone calls

Tried the main office.lights are on but nobody home.doors locked.some guy setting at a desk just staring off into space.knocked but got NO response. WTH.

They DO NOT keep their appointments.
I waited 4 hours for my call and sadly, I wasn't expecting it at 2: 30pm (when my appointment was scheduled for 10: 30am!) And only got a voicemail.
It's close to impossible to get through to anyone to make appointments and/or return calls!

Closed when needed most. Proving how worthless government is. Closed during pandemic. Worthless. Stop taking my money then if your just gonna hide.
