The personals at this center was very warm and friendly. I went to a different center before and I had second thoughts of ever going back there.

Beware the billings department is a scam. I took my mother to see Dr. Yetman earlier this year, and never once did I confirm I was moving forward with treatment. They scheduled us for multiple appointments, and when we didn't show up, they charged us for a no-show fee. Which I am trying to get refunded since. I emailed and called several times, and no one returned my calls or emails. I dispute the charges with my bank, and they have the nerve to provide the financial agreement, knowing they violated the terms of the agreement and scheduled appointments without our consent. If I didn't have any knowledge about an appointment, why would I attend. They claimed they called me, but I was away and was not available. They didn't even send a text message. At least I could have replied and let them know it was a misunderstanding, and I didn't schedule any follow-up appointments. They started sending text messages after for the other follow-up appointments, but I never received a text for the appointment they said I missed and charged me for. I had to call them to remove our name from the system because they had multiple appointments scheduled without our consent. USA Vein Clinic, I am pleading for my money back that you charged for a no-show fee for an appointment we did not schedule or confirm to attend.

I am very satisfied with the treatment so far. The staff is professional and accommodating. Dr Sean Yetman stands out! He takes the time to listen and explain your concerns. He goes beyond to make sure your needs are addressed. I would most definitely recommend this facility.

Very helpful and great help. Always a pleasant experience staff is amazing. Every one was very nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services.
