USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) reviews
17A family member came this location this morning and the service was fast but they were rude with her. For non-English speaking people is hard because this office only have English-speaking workers, who also get angry and mistreat those who do not understand the language. Wouldn't it be appropriate for an immigration center to have a staff that offers services in different languages so that those who do not speak English don’t feel upset and language discriminated?
They were rude but it was fast i guess.this one woman that took my photo and fingerprint stuff was nice.i just wish they minded their own business lol
Quick and Easy-
Staff: Quick and Sharp, not as rude as other reviewers mentioned, just don’t bother them with your questions, they don’t have time to answer and importantly listen to all the instructions carefully and you will be fine.
Timings: Per notice you can be in the building 15 mins prior to the mentioned time but they let us in an hour before. So if you go there early then just check with ASC personal.
Process: total time taken: 30 min max for two of us with 11 people in the queue.
Step1: On the entry gate, ASC personal will check your appointment notice and let you in.
Step2: ASC person will verify your notice and identification document and give you a token
Step3: Once token is displayed on the screen, Your fingerprints of both hands and photo will be taken by ASC staff. Once done, they will stamp and sign the notice and give it back to you and ask for your signature, that’s it.
Parking: limited road side parking is available.
TIP: - use @ParkMobile app to find nearby available spots
- Try BINGO supermarket parking it’s free and slots are usually available.
It was a fast experience, very prompt when it came to front desk & the representative who helped with me with biometric. I had one extra question which I was directed to a manager, I was the only one there waiting for a manager and when the manager approached me she said to me what happened instead of asking is there anything I could help you with. As I was asking her the question she was walking away as if my question was irrelevant, the manager on 04/01/21 at 11AM definitely lacks professionalism & needs to get some sort of training when it comes to customer service. However overall good experience fastest appointment I’ve ever had.
RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE MET ON EARTH. Couldn’t even ask a simple question. They are not cooperative at all.
I751 pending at this local office for 32 months, are u guys afraid to make decision on my case or to schedule interview? Lol
Overall good experience I was in an out in 15 mins, staff was friendly no issues what so ever. Was an hour early then the time mentioned on my appointment but was allowed.
Steps;
1-show your appointment notice to security so they allow you inside the office
2-show you notice and photo ID at a counter and you will be issued a token number
3-wait your turn, your number will be called and in 5 mins your photograph, finger prints and digital signature will be taken
Since the notice said cannot carry cell phones I left it at home but the correct interpretation was that you can bring the cell phone on premise but do not use it.
It was quick and painless. I don't think the people are rude. I think they are more assertive because they are trying to get everyone in and out efficiently.
People here can't even get your fingerprint done properly. I came here twice and my fingerprints were rejected twice because of bad quality. My case is severely delayed because of this. They can be more patient and make sure the fingerprints are clear, but they just want to make you leave as soon as possible.
Went in for fingerprints and pictures and was out in 30 minutes. Fast service but everyone is so serious and moody.geez!
C'mon people you can show more humanity life isn't that bad.
Before my appointment I checked the reviews and I got uncomfortable what will happen. Well, nothing but good experience! Security made it easy and clear what you need to show and the person at the registration desk were also nice.
The whole process took about 10 minutes.
Probably the earliest reviewers made it clear they need to change the staff.
I would give them a 0 but there’s no way but the people are very very very rude. I told them that if they don’t like there job don’t work there because they don’t have no good customer service at all. They really need to get better people to work there.
Process for biometrics were fast and simple, but the guy that took my finger prints was extremely rude. Either that he is having a bad day, or that he should reconsider finding a different line of work. Seems like a lot of people experience rudeness from reviews.
Extremely horrific service. I went for fingerprints for my Canadian visa. In the notice letter they tell me printing is optional for this ASC. But when i got there, the two people in the front rudely said no. The guy sitting tried to explain to me, that’s good. However, the guy standing right next to him showed me terrible attitude and even blamed his coworker when he tried explaining to me. Seriously, if he cannot show some courtesy to visitors, he should get fired!
Very nice and quick! The lady, who did my fingerprints was sweet! Not sure why people spoke negatively about her. Go there and don’t be stressed!
I never ever can understand why people can be so extremely rude in general, but particularly while being paid for a job? And this seems to be so engrained in the US government services. Something is utterly vicious and wrong with the system.
Security guys here are very rude, mean and disrespectful. Worst experience ever! So disappointed.
