11Unprofessional and rude staff. Tanya who works the door is particularly ripe. When I had a question, literally said “I don’t care. Not my job. ” without any attempt to direct me somewhere helpful.
Friendly security guard and receptionist but the other staff members were rude for no apparent reason
Completely disorganized. I brought every item listed for my appointment per their own instructions. They then asked for an item not at all listed. I was able to show it on my phone, but they made me go to a print shop to get a paper copy (which they then never used). Incredibly RUDE staff.
I want there today morning, everything was so fine and quick. The security lady in the entrance is very nice also the lady who help me with the fingerprint is very nice and talked in very clam way.
Organized, quick, efficient, friendly. Not sure what else you can ask for from a government administration office, but keep doing what you are doing and hopefully other institutions follow your example.
Unorganized place ever seen. No first in first out system. It looks like 100 years back system still there with lots unhappy people. Need to improve more faster and organized with smily faces.

I give them 10 stars! Very courteous and efficient staff they are the epitome of a good government institution. I went through the door for my biometrics at 8.00am and I was out of there by 8.25am. Service delivery cannot get than this, kudos.
ZOMFUG THAT WAS EFFICIENT! Amazing how well a government office can function if the politicians don't break it. This was actually kinda pleasant.
Best possible advice, come in at your exact appointment time. These men and women provide the most exceptional service in the most timely manner I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have been to many offices and this one is by far the most friendly and efficient. I got my biometrics and was in and out in less than 6 minutes. THE BEST.
