Utica Car Wash, Brooklyn NY

This place is terrible. Employers spit inside of my car and scratched it when driving it in for wash. STAY AWAY.

If there was an option for zero stars, that's what I would give. You can spend your hard earned money somewhere else and get better results. I had to finish clean my own car due to mediocre work.

Today, I paid for a super wash. They didn’t clean the car properly. I need a refund. The hell I paid all that money for? It was my first there. You guys shouldn’t be open for business. The tires looks dirty smfh. Nonetheless, I’m driving a luxury car. You guys only care about the money…nothing else.

Bait and switched. Advertised $89 for Shampoo. Was told to bring it back next day. Next day they said the price has changed to $150. Very bad service. Sign still says $89 Special for Shampoo.

Car wash in NY is just stale same thing and want a lot of money most guys don't care just to pass the day the owners don't care it's not like they live anywhere close to the facility just wet and hope for the best all the same

Utica Car Wash they tore up the front of my car and I tried to get him to fix it they wouldn't fix it so I advise anybody that go to that car wash on Utica Avenue and Rutland be careful

What I can say is that I like the way the wash system brushes are set up, it in my observation give a better wash to the vehicle compared to the other wash system set up that I also use. Also my aftermarket mirrors does not get knock out of place by this one compared to the other vehicle wash system brush set up I used.

Paid $32 and they didnt even wipe the dashboard and cupholders? Really? Ok maybe I got the wrong package but for that price I'd expect some value in the money I paid.

I don't get to wash my car as much as I clean the inside. But when I go I am very pleased with the end results.

Horrible job vacuuming and wiping down car afterwards. I got attitude when I told them there was water still on my car and asked for a towel to do it myself. Didn’t get any help. Not worth the trip or the price.

Went to this carwash and they did a bad job on my jeep. When my jeep came through the wash it still had mud splattered below the doors and on the back bumper, the interior wasn't even wiped when I asked for the owner he said to me I need to pay more to get my car cleaned.

Not worth the money. A gentleman used a cloth that he wiped a car with to wipe his nose. I saw him wipe the car with the same cloth. DISGUSTING

Friendly cashier tried to be helpful but even she couldn't make up for the grumpy attitude and poor job of the outside attendants.

Horrible service the guys who wash the cars have attitudes and they threw out my glasses, probably stole them
