Valencia was very kind and and took me through the process step by step. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to take in more of the liquids/ pudding than was comfortable for me. She had 2 students, one who assisted wit the exam and one who observed. At the end of the exam, she went over preliminary results with me while the students observed. I would give her an excellent review.

Everyone from Security, Front Desk, Technician and Doctor were above and beyond courteous, informative and explained everything in detail and made us very comfortable. My mom has Parkinson’s so they were very patient and took their time. During my examination and testing, was extremely thorough. Explained everything throughout the testing. Showed me the results, took time to explain everything. Is of the best in her field of medicine in my opinion. I just cannot say enough about the visit BUT, I highly recommend this Doctor as I have had a previous test like this recently and those giving it were technicians. There is a HUGE difference in an accomplished Doctor giving the radiological test, then a tech. I strongly recommend MS. Mocchetti and the team at the Sean Parker Institute for the voice, Department of Otolaryngology at Weill Cornell Medical College.
