I finally was able to take care of my teeth with health insurance! Went here and had X-rays, a cleaning, and 4 filling appointments for top and bottom, left and right. Booking appointments was always easy and they were flexible as I had to move appointments quite a bit initially. Always supportive and kind over the phone.

First fillings appointment was a bit traumatizing as I wasn’t informed of what to expect. My first time. I just tried to stay focused on self soothing and trusting the staff. Afterwards, I Googled what to expect and fortunately it matched my experience. So, the last 3 were better. Dr. Honey was typically in and out and efficient. She was kind and also direct. I respect the teams process and while it’s a fast-paced environment that can feel less than personable, they all seemed focused, caring about their work, and experienced.

I’d recommend them for easy scheduling and efficiency.

The doctor is incredibly kind and patient, as are all of the support staff - from the front desk on to the hygienists and assistants. It's been a long time since I've visited a dentist, but the overall atmosphere and level of professionalism really put my mind at ease.
Don't hesitate to make an appointment - you'll be glad you did.

Dry socket is by far the worst ever, idk what the technical part is what you did that day but the fact I had absolutely no issues after seeing you was fantastic!

Dr. Ojha is a very busy dentist but she takes the time to take care of each and every patient. I broke a tooth last week that put me in the emergency room getting IV antibiotics for my very much swollen face Dr. Ojha instructed me to go to the ER because regular antibiotics were not working. Today Dr. Ojha removed that tooth for me she did a great job I had very little pain and not much bleeding. Thank You Dr. Ojha for taking the time to take care of me.

Very fast, to the point and in and out which always means a good dentist to me. I’m never waiting too long and I never feel uncomfortable even when I’m nervous. Professional and extremely flexible and understanding when needing to reschedule. Love this dentist so far

I just want to express my pleasure of working with CiCi who works extremely hard and making sure her patients leave better than they came in. No matter what you are dealing with, her patience and care she gives her patients makes going to the dentist not the evil experience most fear. Awesome person

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Office is very clean and orderly. People will remember you by name and show a genuine care towards you. A really nice blend of perfect professionalism with personality. The people make the office.

I had fillings to be done and Dr. Honey does an amazing job at making sure you’re comfortable and that no work starts until any numbing completely sets in. Nicole is super sweet and the women at the front desk are quick to greet and sign everyone in. The only time I really found myself waiting was when I was waiting for the numbing to work.

After I left the place, I honestly fell into a state of shock as to how the experience was. Here are just a few things that truly shocked me at this place:

- One of the assistants that performs the x-rays had her glove fall on the floor and she used the glove to touch my mouth and x-ray sheet which is the plastic that goes inside your mouth.
- The assistant places your x-ray sheet that once again GOES IN YOUR MOUTH over the x-ray scanner machine and the sheet touches the scanner. Basically, the x-ray sheet that goes into your mouth touches the x-ray scanner.
- The chairs do not have bowls for you to spit in which was truly shocking to see.
- The hazard waste bins are just regular small metal trash cans with a hazard sticker slapped on them.
- There are no separate rooms. Every patient is in the same room with just wooden cabinets separating each patient.
- I was expecting to have a cleaning and check up done during my appointment. However, none of this happened. Dr. Honey only checked my teeth for literally 20-30 seconds and that was it for the appointment.
- The assistants and staff walk around with masks under their noses and some take them down completely. Masks should be expected to be on at least in a dentist’s place when their sole focus is on the inside of your mouth.
- Some staff use their phones on the job.
- The appointment took about 2 hours if you include wait time. Do remember though that all the dentist did was check my teeth for 30 seconds. She did not use any tools.
- The office told me in order to have my teeth cleaned, I need to wait until SEPTEMBER 2023. Yes, you are reading that right. SEPTEMBER 2023. I and future patients need to wait over a year to just have our teeth cleaned.

Therese are just a few key events that happened to me during my visit. I honestly thought I was going to have a wonderful experience seeing that the place has over a 4-star rating. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare and a traumatizing experience and I did not even have any procedures done and still felt that way.

I will never return to this place again. This is the first time I have ever rated any place, but based on the experience, I felt it was my duty to let others know what potentially awaits them too. These are my experiences that I want to share with you all. Of course, your experience may go completely great. It is up to you to decide if you want to consider this place based on this review. If you decide to go, I wish you luck. For me however, I am truly done with this place and forgetting it even exists. Thank you for reading.

Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. They are also warm welcoming. I especially love the doctor and the assistant cici. Her and her son are an absolute delight. This place isn’t a daycare like other fake *** want to post but a place of business where people feel welcome to bring their children ️

Reading these reviews honestly have me so confused. I am a first time patient and I am thoroughly disappointed as I had an awful experience. I went in for emergency tooth pain, an infection that has spread from my tooth that did not clear up with antibiotics, that has had me in poor health for months. I am rushed in and out, rushed through my x-rays, and the Dr.didn’t even look into my mouth or say one word to me, I didn’t even know she was present for the two seconds she came in to look at my x-rays. 10 minutes tops I was in that building start to finish, which normally wouldn’t be a complaint for any Dr’s office, however I was told “no cavities we’ll schedule you a cleaning”, I know I have no cavities, I would have liked for the tooth infection that has been bothering me for months to be taken care of, Im not interested in a cleaning and thank goodness I wasn’t because their next appointment wasn’t until November of 2023! I was not heard, listened too, and barley spoken too my entire 10 minute appointment. I felt very rushed and right from walking into reception like they could have cared less and nobody wanted to be there. Would NOT recommend to anybody in their right mind. No idea how they have good reviews.

I went with severe pain, she hardly spent time with me, they took a ton of xrays, she said you have 1 tooth bad, with exposed nerve and Need oral an surgeon, and I asked about pain management, because this hurts so bad. "tylenol and ibuprofen". I tell her I cant take ibuprofen, she said oh. Well keep taking tylenol as she walked out. I was completely dismissed and now have to wait 2 weeks to see oral surgeon in crippling pain to get into oral surgeon because she did nothing to help me except take xrays.

While waiting here for my appointment one of the staff members has their kid here running around while she is working. Very unprofessional. Not the first time i have seen her kid here either. Is this a dentist office or daycare?

Went in for an emergency tooth issue. Dentist looked at the X-ray, told one of the hygienists to take a better picture and walked away. She never came back to review her recommendation to me, but rather sent the hygienist back to tell me I needed to see an oral surgeon. When I asked why, I was told “I don’t know. ” After pressing the issue, the hygienist rolled her eyes and went to ask the dentist, and came back to relay that it “might” be infected. I was then taken to the front desk for a referral, where again I had to pry for information regarding the referral, as no one thought to give me instructions. There are also no reasonable available dates for cleanings unless you press the issue. Since COVID, care has taken a nosedive in local health facilities, and this place sadly is yet another example of a widespread problem.

After years of no dental care and being horrified of dentist I don’t have any negative to say. I have been to other dental offices that are too rated in the area and this office is exceeds my expectations. The staff from the receptionist, dental assistants, to the dentist herself are knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is professional. Scheduling is fast, and the day of appointment has little to no wait times. My kids do not go here, but the kids I have seen here seem very happy and comfortable. I would 100% recommend!

Great gentle dentist that knows what they are doing. I had to have many fillings and they all went smoothly. The dentist walked me through the first steps and then continued through the process. Great place for anyone to go who is nervous about dentist offices.

Dr. Honey and her staff did great job and made me feel welcome. I needed new upper and lower dentures plus some teeth extracted, the price was reasonable and my new dentures look and feel great. Prior to going to Valley Dental I priced out the cost of dentures at other Dental practices and Valley Dental had the best price. Dr. Honey has a soft touch and she pulled five teeth with little discomfort. I highly recommend Valley Dental and I will be back in the future when i need new dentures. Thank you Dr. Honey!

Dr. Honey and the other staff are amazing, and make you feel welcome and do a great job. After years of no dental I needed a lot of work done, and everything was done very well, I have no complaint and I recommend this place to anyone!

I went in December for a broken tooth I just wanted pulled. They ended up doing all this extra work to my teeth they claimed I needed. Still never touched the tooth I went in for. They also claimed I needed a root canal. Thank god I didn’t want to go back. I went to a new dentist today and they showed me the X-rays and said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that tooth you do not need a root canal. A filling they gave me in December also fell out within a few months.

The amount of people and insurance companies they must scam out of money. Because if this happened to me I’m sure it’s happening to others. What a joke.

CC gave me and my mom the best care ever. I received my teeth, and they are absolutely beautiful. I am so happy and grateful for CC. She is so wonderful with her patience and personality. I have recommended her to many people.
