Fuel Oil price is always amongst the lowest in the area, but the service is second to none. I've been a happy customer for several now, and don't see a reason to change.

Dealing with Valley oil is like dealing with a friend you call theyre polite they're very respectful, my oil delivery man has always been wonderful if I give him a water bottle he always says thank you and smiles or if I just go outside to say hello hes always kind never had a problem with Valley oil!

We have been using Valley Oil for years now for oil deliveries and we happy with their service. Nice friendly staff.

It seems to me that Valley Oil has lost its independent status and has become a member of Bottini Oil. I know they are working out of their office, it's a shame because I like the independents, not the greedy oil barons who are overcharging and hurting the general public and the economy.

Prompt service. I ordered same day delivery (they did charge a $45 same day delivery fee). They were at my home within an hour. I had a question for the service man (I’m a new homeowner and this was my first oil delivery) he was extremely friendly and explained the answer to my question clearly, he also gave me advice on future oil deliveries. Very happy with Valley oil and will continue business with them.

As always, great service. Had work being done to the home and the fill pipe was obstructed. The driver worked around the vehicles and their equipment and filled me up in no time.

Delivery was on time, driver was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product he was delivering.

Most illiterate and incompetent person I ever spoke to was the person that answered the phone when I called to simply find out pricing and delivery availability. Must say it sure is a shame!
