Valley Pediatric Dentistry reviews
18The staff is always wonderful and friendly. They make sure to make my kids feel comfortable and happy the entire appointment. When your kids love going to the dentist you know they are doing something right. We always enjoy our time at Valley Pediatric Dentistry!
Our first time coming here and my Jacob really liked it and felt so comfortable. Very nice friendly office.
Valley Pediatric Dentistry is incredible. From their check in process to the experience, I have to say my kids have always loved them. Great staff and wonderful professionals. My children look forward to going to the dentist and even describe them as the fun dentist. Awesome experience always!
Dentist was extremely friendly and encouraging to my son. He was happy to report no cavities and she acknowledged his efforts to do so. All the staff are extremely friendly!
Awesome place for children. My three boys were all smiles during their visit. I was so impressed with the staff.
Valley pediatric dentistry is such a great environment for kids of all ages. Everyone was so patient with my little guy, as it was his first time at the dentist. We loved Dr. Anthony and Omar - they were nice, professional and made the experience so fun. Thanks!
I cannot say enough about our experience with Valley Pediatric Dentistry. The care, kindness and professionalism is comforting to me as a parent but the way they take their time and make it fun for our 6 year old twins keeps us coming back year after year. Amazing experience and I am grateful to them for their excellence year after year!
Originally had appt at Jefferson valley location but they had a power outage, they offered to get me in at the hopewell location which was great. Office was fantastic inside is so cool for kids, all employees were fantastic. Only downfall is the parking lot
I have been bringing my daughter to Valley Pediatric for the last two years and everytime they are amazing! My daughter is a very difficult patient to say the least but all the doctors and assistants are very thorough during the whole appointment and try to make her as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Dr. Stephanie, Dr. Anthony and Dr. Megan thank you for being so great!
We have always had the best experience here. The staff have always been polite, and my child has always had everything explained to him, making it the best experience for him. Thank you!
Professional, and extremely nice. The dentist provided excellent care for our little one who is 17 months and was able to do her exam no problem which surprised both me and my wife!
Staff is so sweet & helpful. The boys always like coming in - bonus there were no cavities x2!
For my daughters first ever visit to the dentist, they were super calm, patient and so friendly. It made the experience so much better
I would rate Valley Pediatric Dentistry a zero if it were possible. This office is filled with crooks looking to squeeze your insurance and milk patients for copays. After being fully informed that my 6 year old's dental cap fell off, now causing her pain and sensitivity, they encouraged me to bring her in for an appointment to resolve the issue. We pull my child from school to attend this appointment, subject her to an X-ray, all to be told they will NOT replace the cap "because it was originally done by another dentist" (clearly they were not the original dentist. Valley Pediatric Dentistry asked the name of the original dentist, the office's name and address, and date of application). Valley Pediatric Dentistry also stated "the tooth is contaminated from being exposed" thus they will not apply a new cap on my child's tooth. All things they could have and should have mentioned when I initially called them. They were well aware of my child's dental history and chief complaint, yet they booked her and encouraged the visit despite being well aware that she did not meet their treatment criteria. Valley Pediatric Dentistry willingly left a 6 year old with tooth pain and they could care less. Shame on Valley Pediatric Dentistry! The kicker is that they'll lose in the long run because we have great dental insurance and the 6 year old they neglected to treat this afternoon is one of three children. Needless to say, my family will never use nor recommend Valley Pediatric Dentistry in the future. They are cold hearted and money hungry. Simply put!
I really liked the atmosphere of this office. Very friendly and understanding in trying to keep my son calm during the cleaning. This place is great and my daughter has had a great experience as well.
My 9 year old son's first visit with this group and it was great. He was extremely happy. We changed groups because our previous dentist office wasn't kid friendly. It was a revolving door. So far we're extremely happy. Everyone was super nice and took time to go over everything which we appreciated. Definitely would recommend to others.
They are the best. Megan and stuff was helpful. They take time to explain all the procedures
I give 100% to staff, I had a autistic child and the staff knew how to work with him really nice. It is amazing to see that my child likes to go to the dentist now because of the staff and doctor hard work.they make sure that the kids have the best experience by feeling save and welcome. Also, the place is really nice decor and very well sanitized.
