Valley Tire Pros, Olean NY

Attention to customer service is outstanding. Paul, the manager who has been there a long time, does a great job and that is why we send our fleet of trucks to Valley Tire for servicing.

Paul whom I always talk to on the phone when I call for an appt and whom calls me with the report on my vehicle's issue before they start the work is always very nice, thorough, professional and respectful.
Not like other shops I've tried. Since I first tried Valley I've never felt the need to try any place else. I have an older vehicle that needs work more frequently than I'd like and Valley always does their best to keep the cost down for me, and what I think is the best is they present me with options. They don't tell me the most expensive time consuming thing needs to be done when there are less expensive things to try and that usually fix the issue. I appreciate that. AND they've never been wrong! This last time I went in for an engine misfire, when my truck was on the lift they found another issue I wasn't aware of with something else entirely, but that's not always the case it's not like with other places I've been where EVERY time you go they find 5 more "dire issues" that in reality don't exist or aren't bad enough to need immediate attention and for all these reasons I trust Valley.
I believe finding a trustworthy, good mechanic is like finding a good vet, Dr, lawyer and friend.once you find them, you stick with them because they're a rare commodity.
As long as Valley keeps it up, I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I've had my truck towed there from 40 miles away, passing probably over a dozen closer shops and always would as long as I can afford it.

Never thought I would say this about a mechanic, but these guys are super HONEST! They are fair and not crazy expensive. They are also quick and Paul is super friendly and has no problem explaining something when you do not understand! This is the ONLY shop I will bring my vehicles to anywhere near Olean.

Outstanding response and superb service. I shredded a tire on my vehicle shortly after closing time. The manager himself took my car in and repaired it. He was doing paperwork. I had always used Firestone but will now use West Valley! Thank ya
