Outstanding! Drove my car into garage, didn't even have to get out of car. Like a drive thru maintenance shop. Oil change, headlights fixed 15 minutes. Done

These young car guys are really good really fast, an know what they are doing.
You go have a snack at the diner next door. Your done. Sweet.

It was my first time going to Vavoline last night. The service was fast, professional, friendly, and impressive. I really was impressed with the great teamwork and communication during my service.

They installed the wrong oil change nut/lock washer and caused engine oil to leak from the car. Wouldn’t purchase their service again.

I went to Valvoline this afternoon as my tire pressure light came on in my jetta. The two gentlemen that took care of me could not have been nicer. They inflated all my tires and explained why this happens in the colder weather. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and they didn't charge me. Top notch.

Warning for women. I wasn’t going to write this review but seeing as management did absolutely NOTHING I’m going too.
! WOMAN BEWARE. A male worker who did not check me in or out of the system decided to go back on the computer once I left and looked for my information to friend me on Facebook. I called to inform the Manager what occurred, he told me he was going to suspend this worker for what he did because it was against company rules. Well as I drive past Valvoline the next day there he is still working there standing outside seeming pretty joyful he did not get suspended. And so I will never be returning there and yes I have a screen shot to prove it. Find a safer place ladies.

I've been going to Valvoline, Mt. Kisco for many years now.but knew to expect some changes due to the pandemic. You can now just stay in your car as they do a full service oil change which is great since I am 'high risk'! They made a good recommendation to have the tires rotated which I would have forgotten if they hadn't mentioned it.
It wasn't until the next day that I realized I didn't use coupons I had. I called and spoke to Richard who was very understanding and resolved the issue quickly and courteously. As we're having to get used to doing things in a totally different way, I very much appreciate the personal service I have always felt at Mt. Kisco Valvoline. Thank you!

The BEST! I have been to other Valvoline locations, and by far Mount Kisco is superior! Excellent service, courteous, and efficient. I couldn't be happier, and will only use Mount Kisco Valvoline from now on!

Very kind folks. Took only about 15 minutes for a drive-thru oil change. Done quickly and effectively. Make sure to pre-order from Groupon the day before you go to get a discount on your service.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came here a month ago for an oil change and they never changed my oil. A week ago my oil light came on and my fear was there was some kind of oil leak, the pump was bad, the worst case scenario since I JUST had the oil changed. I took it to a mechanic and all I needed was an oil change. These guys clearly either did nothing or put a small amount of oil in the car without doing a full change. SCAMMERS man.

Brought the car in to get the oil changed only to notice my front license plate stolen (vanity plate).

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! This place caused $500 worth of DAMAGES to my vehicle then refused to pay for it because I didn't take it to them before having the repairs done. Of course I didn't! You messed up my car! Why would I ever let you touch it again!? I asked for a reimbursement for the repairs done by the dealership and they refused! Do NOT take your car here!
