Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Lockport NY

People there are very professional and explained what they were doing.was out very quickly. Everyone there was very nice and polite would recommend the lockport location.

It does cost a bit but when you get done your car has been gone through, we had to stop because the tires were coming with low air but that got fixed

This location features the best of the best.

This year this place shorted me a quart on oil change and said my transmission fluid was low but instead of adding some they drained it dry and I ended up flat bedding my vehicle to my mechanic, I only live less than a mile from Valvoline and my car almost seized up! The worker also forgot to put my valve stems back on my tires.

A little pricey compared to other places I've been to for an oil change. Friendly. Job done quickly which is always a plus!

Customer service is amazing. Rick and Tyler were very professional and great at explaining everything. They both truly seemed to enjoy their job and I noticed all the team communicated with each other so smoothly. In and out very quickly. Thank you for a great experience.

I used to love it but today I waited in line for 20 minutes and they asked me to switch places with someone so I did without thinking and then realized they took the person I switched with first. I waited another five minutes and thought you know what that was so wrong so I left. That was really unprofessional and showed very poor integrity. It was like they moved me to get their friend first ugh! I’ve been a customer for over five years.

Never had to leave my car.very polite and respectful. Job well done. I think it's my new 'go to' place when I need an oil change.

Dirty oil dip stick con artists. They will rip you off and sell you up. Avoid this business and their deceiving practices. They take advantage of people and lie to you to up sell it’s a commission business. (AVOID THIS PLACE). You know business is bad and the general public distrusts this place when you see no customers every time you drive by this place and see the so-called technicians standing outside holding up no waiting signs. Your business practices are the cause of our frustrations.

Had oil done on my equinox to find this after a week seeing car needed another repair. Sad this is what my mechanic finds after a week. Oil black as day. Had to have him do an another oil change. $102 out the door what I paid for it be done here. Sadly not first case mechanic has heard of from the Lockport location.

Rob my dad for 110 dollar oil change smh. Wen at most you pay 75 I would not mind my dad 80 yrs old and veteran I came wt his car one day got the same service I pay less than 80 but for you check fluid and sit my A on the car for. So call fast service like come on! Lol I dnt think was fair but he we learn out 1 time mistake tnx
