Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Uniondale NY

I went for an oil change and they overcharged me $100 for a pair of air filters. Service was fast and professional but probably I'm not going back.

This place is total crab, two years ago i almost lost my transmission, the check engine lights came out and check transmission fluid, I stopped and checked their was no transmission fluid, and left it alone but I contacted the company, for last six months I went twice for oil change their price is too high every time today he wants to charge 86. $ because my car is new &the good oil for 103 plus taxes, I told the guy why so expensive, he said my car is new and he has to charge me expensive for oil change, what a logic, I left and went to Midas and they charged me with full sentatic oil for 45.00 $, Valvoline think the people are stupid and don’t shop, this place three times missed up my 3 cars never again go their, they lost my money and my trust.

Update run as fast as you can away from this place at the posting my first review they said they were going to try to help me. You can see what they said it below. Email them. Everything never even received a sports. They broke my vehicle and did not want to take responsibility for it. This place will do nothing but I'll try to upsell you go someplace else. "Warning" do not go to this place. They broke the air intake system on my car. The employee forced it on and broke the connectors on it. When I went to management they called corporate corporate looked out of quote" video and said that they couldn't see anything they couldn't do anything for me. I had to go someplace else to get the air duct fixed.the manager try to help me but corporate did nothing. Basically just dumped it on me the air duct system is over $200. If you don't want a broken car don't go here.

Been coming here for years with my first car, now with my second which is way less miles than my last. There shouldn't be no reason why I'm paying $80+ for an oil change with 50,000 miles. Something told me to keep track of my receipts and see whats being added. They add for small things so you wouldn't notice and don't even ask beforehand. Then when i questioned them they get all confused. Especially just for the price of the oil change went up $3 for my last visit and they claimed that the prices went up, every 3 months? Their a scam, make sure you check your invoice before you pay. There have been $2-$5 add ons i didnt even realize they been adding on this whole time without me knowing.

They were all friendly, understanding and explained all the details before doing any of
the work. I have a Jeep now before a 17 year old mini van. I was lost regarding proper maintenance but I got it now.
THEY WERE GREAT.

The attendants are always very informative, polite and helpful. It is pretty pricey however.

I visited the Valvoline location on Nassau rd on 12/12. Everything seemed to be going well up until I was about to check out and the employee/manager stated that he couldn't honor my $15 coupon when I showed him the email. While there wasn't a bar code to scan that was emailed to me as the manager I feel like he could have been a little more helpful.while in the bay I called customer service and explained my issue and the young lady that helped was nice. She sent me a text and a email of a new coupon. For whatever reason neither of them had a bar code and he was still unwilling to help me the customer. I payed and still left a tip because that's who I am, but after going to this place for thr last 15 years they LOST a customer. I hope it was worth not honoring a coupon. The employees customer service SUCKED.

Great service and helpful workers. A bit pricey but overall fast and effoetless experience.
