3I recently purchased the aluminum version of the low profile ladder rack for my new Transit connect. The kit included everything needed and the equipment seems very solid and durable especially being aluminum. The instructions are very basic so go to their website for some pointers first, all in all very simple to install and it looks and holds up pretty darn well!
I called to see if they had a part I needed to buy for the ladder rack roller bar, and the guy on the phone told me he would send it rite out no charge, 5 yrs later from when I purchased the racks, free mind you (warranty), now that's great service!
I do not leave reviews often but I purchased the vantech full h2.1 system and added the side ladder and this thing is awesome. Absolute game changer for our express van. We tried it for the first time over the weekend in the HOH rain forest and it was so convenient!
