I've reached out to this company 4 times. Nobody emails or calls back. I see they comment on here though! Email me back please!

They take your money and one email and then nothing. I placed 2 orders on the same day and I have received my package from the other company and still haven't heard from Vapor Planet about what I ordered and it's becoming very disheartening at this point I just want my money back because I don't you could have said anything in the email or text or call to let me know what's going on but it said you want to take my money and not say anything to me

Worst on-line experience I have ever had. Took my $ and never sent the product. Refused to return voicemail or respond to emails email. Suggest other customers that have had this experience to do what I am presently in the process of, contacting both the Better Business Bureau and the State’s attorney office for consumer fraud. Don’t let companies like this get away with stealing people’s money. It’s the only way they will ever stop.
