The worst! How is it that you cannot get in touch with your child's endocrinologist.

I’ve had the worst experience with them. Have left multiple message with not a single message returned. My doctor and I have been trying to get test results for months! We saw the doctor (who was nice) for maybe 15 mins and then received a bill for over $600. I’ve called to talk to someone about that, no answer. Unbelievable! But I’ve received calls to make a follow up appointment! And when I speak to that person about what I need, the “transferred call” never makes it to the nurse. Or the one time it did, I left a message. And I get that things have been difficult with Covid but a year after the visit with no follow up is ridiculous.

Is is nearly impossible to get through to a live person on the phone, if you leave a message you can forget about getting a call back.

Worst office. Can never get a hold of anyone. Medications have run out, left several messages and no one ever gets back to you. I am moving my son to a different practice. Not worth the aggravation.

Worst costumer service! I was referred to Dr. Desikan through my insurance and seen Dr Desikan several times it is very hard to get in touch with the Doctor for questions. The office staff is very unprofessional even the office manager who promised to call me back in several occasions to solve a matter never called me back been waiting for answers for almost a year and nothing has been done for my child. I don't know how they run a business with poor professionalism and lack of communication with patients.
