I love my job. I work with the insurance customer service and my supervisor is Amazing. Great training. Definitely recommend the company and they really care about their employees.

I started with Velocitii during the pandemic as a customer service agent and was promoted internally like many other employees, a few months later. I enjoy the ability to work from home in a friendly and fun work environment. I would and have recommended Velocitii as an employer to friends and family.

I started here as a Customer Service representative 2 years ago in May. I came here for a job not realizing the career that would be offered! The staff is very caring and helpful in supporting my knowledge and growth on the job. I have been promoted since coming here and love the people/culture! I joined Velocitii two years ago as a Customer Service Representative and honestly, I originally took the position in order to secure a first shift job. Never would I have imagined that I would find my forever career here! I quickly advanced and am now in a career that I truly love and am passionate about. Velocitii has given me so many opportunities and continues to give me all of the tools I need to continue to advance in my career. The culture is unlike anything I've ever experienced in the workplace. We are so much more than coworkers, we are family.

Former employee here got fired for reporting my supervisor on the casella team and was written up for clocking out at 5 and leaving when they wanted me to just clock out and work 10 extra minutes

Don't be fooled they will lie and say you are a family but multiple people have reported and complained about unfair treatment with the supervisor she will lie and throw anyone under the bus

She even went so far as to harass me outside of work as well this company doesn't care about it workers it never did

Edit-felt I had to add this part I did report the supervisor to the appropriate person she promised no retaliation 3 months later I have 6 strikes (out of nowhere I might add despite me being praised beforehand) and being told I'm lazy and don't want to work all while the supervisor continued to harass me stopping me in public to yell at me about work related things
