Eric, provided fabulous customer service today! He informed me about the history of the company and introduced me to some of the best selling chocolates by providing me with a few samples! I ended up purchasing some of these devine chocolates because after just one sample it was extremely hard to resist! Thank you Eric ;)

Im a local in the Westchester area and I noticed this new chocolate shop. Very busy store but customer service was amazing. SHOUT OUT to Tiarra the store manager. Her patience and smile made my day. Also Christian was very helpful when it came to picking a flavor.

We’ve been fans of Venchi for a long time, having it first while in Italy. It was such a nice treat to have it locally, too! Steven was super helpful and walked us through all the steps, helped us join the loyalty program, and took his time serving us. Can’t wait to visit again!
I was thrilled to taste this gelato, but my experience was TERRIBLE. First I made a long line, (but that's ok), then, when I got to the cashier, the girl wasn't nice at all, I didn't leave her a tip. When I was waiting for my order, apparently my ticket "got lost", so they were serving everyone else that was behind me in the line. I got tired of waiting and seeing that no one was going to complete my order, so I figured it was best if I ask for a refund, so I never got to try them.
