Ventura's CARSTAR Collision, Orchard Park NY

Very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I was the front car in a 3 car accident in March. Took my car here for an estimate and they found more damage than what the pictures i was told to take by my insurance company showed. My insurance actually tried getting me to file a no fault claim. Ventura suggested I contact my local agent which ended up being the only reason I was able to get the damage fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on a vehicle.

Had new headlights installed. It was done in a timely manner and car was returned to me vacuumed and clean. Repair was not cheap but I feel like I got what I payed for

As a large family who needed a car repaired and a rental it’s hard to figure out all the details. Ventura and Enterprise worked together really well and made the overall process very seamless. So Ventura car star is my new go to. I work for a company that has multiple body shops. Ventura was super quick with the estimate process and was able to get my vehicle in within a month. My body shops were months out. There were a few imperfections but on a 9 ur old vehicle I'm not worried. The did clean the whole car and even detailed the inside. The extra little things like scrubbed my rims clean and detailing the interior out weighs the imperfections. I will recommend Ventura's car star to anybody. My new go to body shop

Bumper repair from deer collision. Super friendly and helpful employees. The communication was excellent. I really appreciated how they were the middle man between me and the car rental company, which was a very smooth experience. (KUDOS to Enterprise too). Plus, my car was perfectly repaired.

NO ONE likes to bring their vehicle in for collision repair, but if you have to, Ventura’s Five Star Collision lives up to its name. I would give them 10 stars if I could. From Samantha handling my initial estimate to Bonnie keeping me up to date on status of repairs, the customer service is as good as you can get. My vehicle was repaired sooner than expected and not only were the repairs undetectable, they threw in a free interior cleaning. This is the third time I’ve needed their services, and while I hope there won’t be a fourth, I will go NOWHERE but Ventura’s Five Star Collision if I need repairs.

I recently had my Kia stolen and damaged. I decided to bring my car here for the repairs and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for collision repairs! They were so professional kind through the entire experience. Parts for my car took a while to come in (not their fault) but I would get weekly updates on how everything was going which was very reassuring! They also dealt directly with my insurance company which took off so much stress and worry from myself. Once I got the car back, the car looked as good as new and even seemed way cleaner than I had left it! I definitely feel like they value and care about their customers. I would definitely use them again if needed!

Repair to front end and dangling flasher. Everyone at Ventura was so nice & extremely helpful and thoughtful! Did not charge for labor when they ended up needing a bracket to complete repair! I highly recommend them!
