Amazing service! David went above and beyond to make sure I understood the difference in phones, all my options, and ensured I was offered the best deals available to me through my plan! He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I left with great products at a great price! Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend this store.

I cannot emphasize this enough: David was THE MOST helpful, patient, kind and skillful Verizon and tech professional I’ve ever encountered. He was so generous with his time— willing to sit with me for as long as I needed to really understand all my options for service and devices—and he was more than happy to help me and my family members over the phone as we discussed our service plan. On top of that, David was 100% committed to helping me get the best deal possible. I couldn’t be happier. If all service professionals were this competent and caring, I would never dread dealing with tech and service. He’s THE BEST!

Beware of grade-A charlatans. First Zak offered a great discount on a new iPhone 12 and asked me to make a deposit so they could order the phone. I had to come back a couple days later - schlepping a baby mind you each visit - only to be told the discount offered was incorrect. What really made me mad though was that David claimed Zak said that I had provided misinformation about the phone I was trading in, which was a complete lie, and he made it clear he believed Zak over me. Still he said he would “make it right” only to have me chasing them for another week - they didn’t follow up even when they said they would - and finally offered an inferior offer, and reminded again that they didn’t believe me. Total jerks who wear a smile the entire time.

I came to this store as I had a problem with my hotspot and Tulsi was helping me. It’s been months I have been trying to switch my line from sprint over to Verizon and no one was able to transfer and finally Tulsi made it happen. She had so much patience and was able to transfer my service and Information to a new phone. Verizon needs to hire more people like her.

The staff was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. Tulsi helped me out this afternoon and her kindness and efficiency made the upgrade process smooth. There was also a gentleman there, I didn’t catch his name (I believe he was a manager or supervisor), but he was equally friendly and conversational. Overall it was a great experience!

I just bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 plus and was taken care of by Azeem. He is absolutely spectacular in every way.

David & Asif at this Verizon store I think are actually God sent and I’m not even religious. I shattered my phone, and not only my phone but inside it too (the lights and LCD and all that) and AT&T who is my phone provider did not help me at all. They told me to go to apple, apple was only working on appointments only and I wouldn’t have my phone back for days and it would have cost me money I don’t have to fix it there, so once I came upon this Verizon store, I took a chance and asked them for help and they helped me as if we were old friends. I went from crying tears of frustration to tears of joy because they helped me out so much! I will definitely be switching to Verizon in the near future, solely based on how these two treated me. I am seriously still in awe and so impressed by these two, I can’t even fully describe how grateful I am for their kindness. I highly recommend you go to this store for all your cell phone needs ️
