Save yourself the trouble and embarrassment. This location is still in full blown pandemic lockdown. They expected me to stand outside with my son in the rain to conduct business. Verizon needs to reevaluate their store practices.

To the individual who responded. Thank you for taking the time to make it seem as if you were following CDC or NYS guidelines. In the window of your store it clearly states you will only allow 1 customer per store attendant. Luckily you have a glass store front. At which I observed 4 attendants, 2 customers and the security guard at the door. Your attendant opened the door and stood in the door way and asked me my business. To whom I questioned if we weren’t allowed to enter. Your attendant clearly implied that they won’t let me in until they know I am there to make a purchase. Instead of responding to the reviews. Maybe spend the time reflecting on the way you treat your customers. Good day to you.

Kevin was super helpful and solved my issues quickly. The whole staff was very welcoming. Everyone was very strictly adhering to current safety guidelines. The whole store was clean and felt safe.

BEST Verizon store in the Newburgh area! After years of terrible experience at the one near price chopper on north plank rd, I decided to come here to purchase a new phone. Everyone down to the security guard is so polite and professional! I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Eve assisted me in purchasing and activating my new phone, and working with him was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He listened to my concerns, provided solutions for them, and was incredibly kind and professional. This store also has excellent COVID standard regulations implemented. I felt safe and will definitely return to this location as it is one of the only that don’t intimidate me. 10/10 recommend seeing Eve for your purchases and inquiries!

I stopped in there with my wife to upgrade my phone salesman convinced my wife that she didn’t need to update because iOS 13 updated and he said that you basically have an iPhone 11 Pro Max right there in your hand so I didn’t get my updateThanks to the idiot salesman

Just walked out of this store. Was completely ignored by the staff, when I was looking to purchase an iPhone. Two staff members stood in the corner of the store talking to one another and completely Ignored me. I guess I'll buy my phone somewhere els.

Always friendly staff in a place that can easily be intimidating for the boomer generation. Most of us use about 10percent of our smartphone's capability (if that much). The staff was helpful in helping me understand more of the features and how to utilize them.

Always time consuming but very courteous. You need to be very savvy to sort the facts and the info. The price quote is monthly, not total. Less expensive options are not completely presented.

It was a rainy, humid, and sad day. My phone had been giving me a notification to activate my phone since I received it, and all of my attempts to remove it had failed. Thus, I ventured to the Verizon store, where I was saved from the plague of omnipresent reminders to activate a device. My salvation came in the form of Kevin, an angel on Earth. He fixed my phone in thirteen and a half seconds. At that moment the skies opened and the sun shone forth, illuminating the 2x2 square foot of Verizon store carpet upon which he stood. And the phone was fixed, almost as though he hadn't touched it at all. I owe a life debt to Verizon, but more specifically to Kevin. Upon my death he will receive a charter in my will for seven acres of land in the Italian countryside for his service today. Glorious. An absolute Chad. Thank you very much.

Eric, Tom, and Brian were Amazing! I had a complicated issue from a previous company that needed to be solved and they were able to navigate through the system, figure out what had to be done, and also found the best and most cost efficient way for me to have Verizon service while paying even less than my discount company and getting more services. I was in the store twice in 24 hours and both times was blown away by the knowledge and customer service provided by these gentlemen. They would have been able to get it all solved in one visit, but I had to take care of some things on my end before we could move forward. I so appreciate when employees from a company are able to find the cheapest and best way of doing things for the individual customer, not just what is best for them. It shows integrity, which is not so easy to come by these days. I highly recommend this particular Verizon store in Newburgh on 300 (in the strip with Panera and Longhorn.) These guys are my heroes. A special shout out to Eric, Tom, and Brian. Your excellent service is most appreciated.

They make you feel like you are dumb when you don't understand about a new phone. They go into the phone and they hit all different buttons and said it's fixed. I wish they would show me how to do it.

Got a great phone with an ok plan. Verizon is expensive no matter what. The people that work at this location don't know what they're doing.

I’m not one to write reviews but this place was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Attitude refelects leadership. The staff is horrible because the Manager Phil is horrible. Save your self having a bad day and go to the Verizon store inside the Newburgh mall. There’s a reason they have 5 stars for review and this place has 2!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I NEVER write reviews and I had to because I had the WORST experience ever here. I came in to get a phone and all the associates ignored me and my husband. We complained to the manager and he literally told my husband and to F@%$ off and thats to bad. Terrible terrible terrible service. This was 122827 so the manager on this day need to fired. HORRIBLE

Was standing there 30 mins never was told to check in or nothing. A bunch of people went before me. Went up and asked what was going on, they told me too bad, you'll have to wait. What has customer service become? Terrible.
