18Used to be my fav place but recently they hired some very unprofessional people with zero respect for customer
I went into this location looking for a new phone. They wait time was over an hour. I asked for the bathroom, they do not have one and direct you to a business down the road. BUT if you leave the parking lot you lose your spot in line. If you are going to make customers wait 1 to 2 hours, you need to have a bathroom available. After waiting, they told me they had none of the phones in stock. That would be helpful to know before waiting more than an hour.
I've had better experiences there. I feel like I was treated.like I was stupid. Most of the staff was very friendly. First time I've had this issue at this location.
Ana was such a pleasant rep, I’ve dealt with her previously when switching carriers and she made the switch so easy and stress free. She’s a true assets to Verizon
This store has the worst customer service, I have ever encountered at a Verizon store. It used to be ok, but recently it has become terrible. On 2 consecutive days I came in looking for help with a broken phone, the first day the dude gave me a pamphlet and told me to call the number on there, when I told him my phone is broken, he said "I would let you use one of ours, but we're going to close soon". The next day I returned with my replacement phone to get the data transferred from the broken phone, and was told that can only be done by appointment, even though he and another employee were not engaged with customers. I then went to the Thompson Rd.store, where I was graciously received by staff, and helped immediately. I even bought a new phone on the spot. I highly recommend avoiding the store on the boulevard, and would rate the service at Thompson Rd.as far superior!

Told associate we wanted to purchase a new phone & she made an appt for 3 days later.
We returned for our appt & another associate told us they had no phones available!

Ended up at a nearby Verizon independent store & were shown 3 different models.
Bought an unlocked phone from the manufacturer because I couldn't get what I wanted from the provider or 3rd party. It didn't come with a sim card. This store set up my phone for free so I paid nothing extra. A different Verizon store was going to charge $35. I pay over $1200 a year for my service. Due to that I thought switching for free should be a no brainer.
Wanted to activate my own device and lower a data plan for another, very easy to perform and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, thank you!
Quick n very easy place to order online about 2: 00 2: 30 on Friday, my new phone service number ported from a different phone company was all completed within an hour.
As far as I'm through with service at awesome 5G and 4G light service where I'm at with Metro I couldn't even get 4G service and the same

No ability to reach Verizon representative to report hazardous heavy tree limb on Verizon Fios line servicing entire neighborhood. Situation is physically dangerous as well as danger of potential loss of service to Verizon customers.
I was just in the Erie Boulevard store today. I did not have an appointment and the wait was at least 45-60 minutes, however Cody was able to solve what was an easy fix for him (Definitely not for me!) It was a single glitch in the setting up of the apps. He guided me through the process and most importantly was neither condescending nor patronizing. The last 2 days were spent trying to buy a new phone, first in Fayetteville where we have bought for last 15 years and then on-line yesterday. I picked up the new phone in Cicero where the service was horrific! My saleswoman had flagged the order in Cicero for assistance in setting up. The salesman there refused to help and just said "Put in your Apple password" and sent me on my way. NOT helpful! I am so grateful to Cody for his help today and will only do business at this Dewitt location.

Verizon keeps on hold for over an hour. Literally.it’s ridiculous. I want to be able to communicate with whoever I’m giving my money

Made an appointment but received a text that it was cancelled. Went to the store and staff was friendly and accommodating
Poor customer service. They tried to get away from answering questions and did not try to offer any feasible solution, and just kept saying ’I don’t know’. Verizon customer service, both online and in-store, are unprofessional as they made mistakes on an incorrectly issued gift card and no one wants to take an initiative to solve the problem, and just left the customers no where to go. Will never use their service again.
