Just had an amazing experience in this store. After much frustration with the Verizon store in Danbury, problems with the app and unhelpfulness of the 800 number, we decide to try this store. We were greeted by Francesca who was AMAZING! She was able to get us the promotions that kept failing elsewhere, was a pleasure to speak with and really exemplifies what customer service should be. Definitely our go to store from now on even though it is not close to our home.

This is the best Verizon authorized store. The staff is great ~ they are knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and they always go the extra mile. I have 5 wireless devices on my account so I often have to pop in here for either just a question, an issue or for a purchase. These guys are fantastic- every time! I don’t know everyone’s name but I know Connor and Mike and they’re the best! I highly recommend this store - and specifically Connor and Mike.

I got 2 phones and a watch and the salesman Mike was great! He was very informative and helped us save a lot! Would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to get a new phone to go see Mike.

Nothing better than dealing with a salesperson like Connor. He’s was educated on phone I wanted, explained all the service plans I was eligible for in terms I could understand, was patient and most of all just a great guy. Made my shopping experience at Verizon even better than usual. Thanks Connor.

Connor was amazing! He helped us with a new phone with a host of savings. This man deserves a medal and he is definitely our employee of the month! Attentive, pleasant accommodating and worked overtime to set up the new phone when he didn’t have to. Thank you!

We spent over 90 min trying to buy and activate two prepaid SIM cards. Everything that could go wrong did. So after a long time, we walked out, and one of the cards didn't work. Back to the store for a long time.
Everybody is pleasant, but that is not helpful if you want to finish the task you came for and go back to your life.

It was my first time upgrading a phone at this branch. They always seem to be extremely busy and understaffed. It takes anywhere from 10 to 25mins to even speak to someone when you're in-store.good luck getting anyone on the phone.my new phone had arrived on schedule but nobody called me to let me know it was ready like they said they would.no apologies from the staff - they've given up trying.one guy was texting on his phone under the table like I wouldn't notice he was distracted while setting up my phone.then he excused himself and handed me off to another rep who had to start over.huge time suck. I will be visiting another branch in the future.

Tommy was terrific will reccomend him for tuture service to all my friends and family members

I have bought many phones for myself and my family here over the years. They are always so helpful and patient. They give honest advice, and I'm always pleased with the results.

service, super patient and answered my endless amount of questions. They take their time in this store and make sure they can help you with all your cell phone needs.

We totally disagree with the service that Verizon Wireless Zone representative Tom Schupp provided us, since he did not have enough capacity or better to say he did not want to open a potspaid account and transfer from one account to another of the same Verizon company. I don't know if it was due to laziness to work or because he has something against the Hispanic community. Total disappointment of Verizon to have discriminatory people as representatives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Great experience with Wireless Zone - I misplaced my phone last week and needed to activate an old device until I could retrieve the lost one. Eddie was terrific and so helpful - he found me a sim card for the old phone and made sure I was fully up and running before I left the store - excellent customer service and professionalism.
