17Walked in today ready to buy a phone outright, stood around for 20 min and not a single employee contacted me.
The person who helped us is a 10 but Verizon it self is real pain to get something done, it takes million a half calls, everything seems to be ok but, surprise a problem again with different issue related to the first not being solved the right way, on a call one person tell me something and y the next 199 calls for the same issue everyone have a different approach, y think they don't the right digital tools to do the Right job and coming from a technology company is kind is absurd,
We order the s23 ultra, 2 of them to take advantage of the preorder specials, after doing everything they cancelled the order, and we had to start over at a fiscal store but as usual the person helping us tried everything but couldn't get us what Verizon offered bar the beginning, the story of complaints is too long so that's it for now, sometimes i regret the move from T-Mobile but for now is what it is

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. The way they treat their customers is horrendous. Manager Dennis Higgs was completely unprofessional and rude. It’s sad how horrible the service is in this store. I would only call customer service. I would never go to this store again! I would never recommend This Verizon store to anyone!
I needed to get a new phone & transfer my Corporate phone # to this personal device. Adrian and Brian were awesome, highly knowledgeable & professional. Brian took the time to completely set everything up, transfer the data & pics I needed, then charged, paired and tested all devices, including a new Apple Watch. Brian took the time to ask how we use our phones on our unlimited Family plan, and reviewed our monthly billing to maximize cost savings. The guys go above & beyond! A pleasure to work with this Verizon store. If we could give 10 stars we would! JC

Keith from the Nanuet, NY store was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made it easy to upgrade my iPhone.
I arrived 7pm. They close at 8. The (so called) customer service person tells me. Sorry, we can't help you. We have 6 customers here. It took me about an hour to get to the STORE. FYI, they have it all over that they close at 8pm. You are a real nobody with Verizon. The worst of the worst. I doubt they will still be in business in 2040. Getting a new phone from Verizon is almost as buying a new house. I would strongly recommend to drop Verizon all together. Their customer service sucks to the Moon, their cell phone connection sucks to the sky and they charge a ton of money for no good reason! You can get it all better cheaper somewhere else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I would give you a zero but since that’s not possible, I’ll give you a 1. My experience wasn’t with this specific store, but with Verizon in general. I financed an iPad for $20 a month for 3 years. After a about two months I realized I no longer needed the iPad. I gave Verizon a call and the representative told me they would send me a label and I should just return it and I wouldn’t be refunded but, I wouldn’t be charged anymore. I was okay with this. I returned the device. On my next bill there was a $700 charge. I called Verizon and asked them what the charge was about and they said it was a buyout charge for an ipad. I explained that I no longer owned the device. They said there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to her manager. She told me her manager would call me back at a scheduled time. I booked the appointment in my calendar. At the time of the appointment, no call came in. I called again and explained my situation. I was again told that there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to her superior. She said her supervisor wasn’t in. I asked when she would be in. She said she would be in tomorrow. I said I’d like a call back when she comes in. She scheduled me for a call back. Again, I booked the time in my calendar and waited for the call and… guess what? No call came in.
I am so done with Verizon and may switch my large family plan over to another provider. Please be aware that their customer service is basically non-existent. If you need help, you’re better off asking your dog.
Horrible service, treated less than human. Refused to provide even the most basic of services.
Friday at Verizon I was in need of a new phone but as soon as I walked in to the store (in Nanuet) with maybe 1 or 2 customers and at least 5 employees an hour before close, they said they could only offer an appointment for Monday at 6pm. I don’t understand how that’s even possible. Luckily I headed to Costco and at 30 minutes to close, the very nice girl working helped replace my phone in less than 20 minutes. So do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Very bad service, after waiting for my turn a very long time the sales rep was unable to help me he didn't want to admit that he couldn't help so I needed to sign in again and wait my turn a very long time until someone was finally able to help me. I ended up spending 4 hours in that place.
Very unpleasant store to get a new phone very on accommodating! Customer service not the best!
This place used to be different. Better customer service and always a good experience but I've noticed it's not the same anymore. They don't care about their customers here. I would suggest the pearl river store over this one. I had a pick up today and no one acknowledged me standing by the entrance until I said something but I was on lunch so I left. I will be picking up at a different location.
This place is not good at all
I went there they sign me in and at 7: 45 pm they told me that they don’t take any more customers after I was there for at least 20 minutes and I ask the man if the other person can help me and he told me that the can not pay overtime that the other man was already 30 minutes in overtime but he was doing sheet on the back room I can’t not understand how you don’t want money he recommended me to go buy a phone at Apple Store or Best Buy

Very nasty people work there, ill gladly travel further to a location where they know how to talk to customers.
