9Waited in line with two people ahead and two behind. Greeter took names of everyone skipping me. When I asked if I can get in line I was ignored. Weird vibe from this location. I highly recommend going some place else.
I'm so grateful that I went to this location! Walked in early to my appointment with a broken phone that was unable to be revived. They were able to help me before my appointment and then I had the great fortune of being helped by Karen who was able to get me an incredible deal on 2 phones and an extra line. Karen was extra patient and extremely knowledgeable about everything associated with the phone (specs, billing, etc.). I highly recommend this company store location over third party authorized dealers. Thanks Karen!
I have visited verizon last Saturday, the service was really good. However, I have a simple question. Does the iPhone 12 Pro max that Verizon have, can also use in another country, outside of America?
The Gm, Marco, at 26 W. 23rd Street was exceedingly helpful to me just now.he went out of his way to help me sort out some very confusing paperwork, called head office, assisted me all the way through. This is why I love Verizon and will always be their customer.

I walked in on a Sunday morning and was met with arguably the rudest staff, specifically Karen. I felt judged and dismissed the moment I began asking for help. She spoke with a very off putting tone to both me and my mother in law on the phone. Apple solved my problem (replacing a lost phone) for me in 15 minutes.
Marco and the team were amazing- they went above and beyond. Can't thank them enough! They did an excellent job!
