Brandon at the Lyell Ave Verizon Store cheerfully spent 2-1/2 hrs today helping one 76 yo and two 80 yo folks switch from a 6 year old family plan to a new family plan. He was patient beyond reasonable expectation with our slow grasp of what we perceived as many complex details. We left very satisfied with our level of understanding of what we had done and with the assurance that we had been guided to an appropriate level plan for our personal needs.
