Just upgraded two phones on my plan. Wireless Zone has the absolute best customer service. Will has so much knowledge. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Will Polito was terrific. He went out of his way to ensure that our daughter’s new watch was working before she started school. We did not purchase anything but we got the BEST customer service. He helped us get our cellular plan working fully on her watch. He also gave us tips as a parent himself on how to set controls. He alerted us to several great deals on upgrades to our current phones in a way that was helpful and not pushy, informative but not pressured. Because of his great attitude and helpful nature, we intend to go back and buy new devices from him. Thanks Will!

These guys are incredibly friendly. But beware that they will charge you more because they aren’t technically a corporate Verizon store, they are just an authorized reseller. So they will charge you for stuff you can get for free at the Victor Verizon store (since that one is corporate-owned and operated).

Max was very helpful with helping me delete cookies on my phone and subsequently allowing my cellphone to run smoother both now and in the future.

Can't say enough about Ezra and Will at the Penfield NY location. My phone was suddenly unable to make or receive calls and all the normal troubleshooting didn't fix it. Ezra dug in and analyzed numerous options and settings but none were the cause. It would have been easy to give up and/or suggest buying a new phone, but he unselfishly asked if I could wait a few minutes until he could consult with his colleague, Will.

Two heads now together, by quick process of elimination they recalled an uncommon system update glitch specific to my phone model and.voila! Both were beyond pleasant, thanked me for my patience and apologized for not resolving it more quickly. During my visit I also observed their interactions with other customers which were just as polite, professional and diligent. It's obvious that they truly value and focus upon their customers.

Will was very helpful helping us return a phone for a full refund 2 months after the purchase of and iPhone since the person who had it on their line on the account passed away. A week after bill helped me upgrade my line and sort out some issues on the account (with verizon not seeing the iPhone return). I highly recommend this location. I suggest calling ahead if you know what phone you want so they can order it for you. It usually takes a couple business days. I bought the iPhone 14 plus and absolutely love it. Bill was able to help me save $800 by finding an offer that Verizon had. They gave me $800 for my old XR. I will be coming back to this location. Passing 5 other Verizon stores on my way

He, assisted by Bill Lorenzo, steered me & my family thru the sign up / phone transfer processes for 3 unlocked Android phones and 2 local + 1 out-of-state phone numbers. All this while handling other walk-in customers' concerns in a confidence-inspiring manner. Follow-up text message greatly appreciated: "did everything work out satisfactorily? " Certainly did, even while my old low-budget, low-quality phone carrier tried to deny me full severance. This is THE Wireless Zone retailer to go to!

Chris was great, he was so personable and helpful in getting disabling malware off my phone! Picked it up in about an hour and it runs like new! Well worth a nominal fee as my stress was gone!
