Scott was super patient and helpful great at helping us set up one phone and finding a new one for husband. Codie also great at answering questions would highly recommend to anyone.

Codie was the absolute best. Called ahead, asked if they asked had the product I needed, told her I was going to come in and she was ready when I came in. As soon as I walked in she knew exactly what I was talking about, helped me set up my new product, even stayed 15 minutes past when she was supposed to and set up an appointment for 2 weeks from now and explained everything to me. Best part was she was awesome to work with and even found me a promo. Definitely recommend her!

I want to thank all the ladies at the store they were very helpful, I came in with a phone that was a “hot mess”, my sales rep, Codie B was nothing short of a “rock star” and got me up and running while I waited, much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service they sold me a phone that was defective and they refused to make things right. I tried to go there in hopes they would make things right but I got the nastiest attitude from both workers there (codie b.being one of the snobby workers). I don't recommend coming to this store because they WILL scam you.

Emily at Verizon Wireless Zone and her staff are absolutely amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable and very capable. They made what is often a frustrating time for tech challenged people like myself easy and comfortable.
