Evan was absolutely fantastic. I already have a line set up with Verizon, but my dad needed a new phone. We were in and out in 30 mins, Evan got my dad set up with a new phone very quickly and even transferred all his data, contacts and pictures over from his old phone to his new phone super fast. On top of that I am currently a student at MCC and I did not know about the student discount Verizon offers, I showed him my ID and he was able to lower my bill for me, super happy about that. Overall my dad and I are very pleased with our visit. Thanks Evan!

Wait times can be a little long due to understaffing but they are always very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. I feel bad for the workers because they all do their best to assist everyone but they can only do so much.

I was eventually able to complete my transaction, using the advanced connectivity program for myself to get my own wireless internet provider. The staff was competent for their limited prescense in number and I was pleased when I walked out of the door before noon.
PS. - It is almost 2 weeks since my visit to the BrockPort store and I still haven’t gotten my AC P program connectivity. My bill still is a and I haven’t gotten any customer satisfaction so far. Close to cancelling the Verizon account

Switched me and my wife back to Verizon after making the mistake of trying Spectrum mobile, and also switched to Apple iPhone, after I have an a lifelong android user. And Jesse Le Conte of the Brockport location gave us extraordinary service and personal attention for a smooth process and I would recommend him for all of your needs

O’Neil Sang was very kind and patient in helping me set up my new phone. He spent a lot of extra time making sure my apps transferred and my i-watch paired to the new phone. Great experience.

Came in because I was having some troubles with my Sim card. I met with O'Neil Sang and he was to able to help me get back to having a phone that worked in no time at all. Always great customer service at this location!

O'Neil Sang was very customer oriented today. Went in with what I thought was a broken Android screen and found that it was only the protector. O'Neil took the time to install the new screen protector and had me in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Great customer service. I let his manager know he did a great job also.

Brianna was fantastic. The extra time to explain all the tech and getting it set up was great. She was soooo patient with me and spent the time to make sure everything was back to my normal.

BROCKPORT. TRANSIT WAY. Male associate VERY CONDESCENDING. After a 3 second explanation of my phone issue first words oh well you need a new phone……
After a few more questions on my side he looked at me and said. I am the professional here…. If you know more than me…. (looked towards door as if to say go….)
I went to Greece ridge/fetzner and was treated properly

I posted my disgust for BROCKPORT VERIZON. On Facebook and the number of people agreeing the male staff in that location are AWFUL was overwhelming. I will go out of my way to AVOID/NEVER set foot in that location again

Bought new phone for my daughter and worked with O'Neil sang. He was great to work with and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend working with him.
