Henry, the manager is the one to see. He is the best! He is kind, knowledgeable and patient. I brought in my 80-year-old mother to trade in her IPhone SE and he was able to help her, not only with the upgrade to IPhone 15, but sending back her old phone, transferring the data, and helping us pick out and set up all of the accessories.
Firstly I went into the store. And the girl that work there is very nasty to me. Talks like she don't care about my money. I have recommended my friends to go there in the past. But now i don't recommended any one to go there because of her.
What an outstanding manager Henry is, listens to customers concerns and able to solve their problems with out any arguments even with the frustrated customers before me he listened to their concerns and solved it, i was like Wow! Wow! Wow where did this guy come from he is such high skilled and professional.
Not sure how this place isn’t a 5 star business. Kevin and the rest of staff assisted beyond my expectations and made it SO easy and affordable to get cell and Wi-Fi services. They were informative, professional and polite. 10/10.

Today I experienced racism smh as a black female coming the only customer. 5 employees seating around talking no body got up and said anything hello or hi.i walked around still no one asked me do I need one guy he look up and keep on talking smh … then when I waited there I heard the one on the left looked up and laughed…because I’m black and I look like I can’t afford a iPhone because he keep on talking so a lady from the back came out smh.so a few minutes passed a white man came into the store and they greeted him wow that blow my mind in Verizon store around 11: 10am on 8/30/2023 I was racially profiled I never experienced that in my life. I guess it a first time for everything I felt so embarrassed as I was asking for name one guy said he not giving no names and ran to the back … and when I put customer service on speaker talking that when the manager was trying to cover up and say that they was so busy talking about sports and not see me I’m 234 pounds really I’m not slim … Verizon you have to do better
Jana is the most obnoxious and rude agent. Maybe her Botox got to whatever brain matter she had. I’m going to cancel my Verizon and go to another company that hires people who are patient and listen to the customers needs. And btw Verizon service has gotten worse. That’s the cherry on Jana’s over botoxed face.

Customer service is nonexistent. They look at you when you enter as if you’re bothering them. Thankfully I didn’t need their help to accomplish my goal. Never again
Zero stars. I had a horrible interaction with the employee named Yana, or Zhana. She was rude, disrespectful and gave completely wrong information. I called verizon, and received help from someone over the phone - I would never go to this store again.

Was having a pleasant experience until middle-aged, female employee interrupted My conversation with the sales associate who was finalizing an add a line and device purchase demanding I move seats to a new seat that would limit my ability to see his screen for the details of our transaction. I left the store and wouldn't recommend anyone visit
Horrible experience with a very rude Verizon rep Yana, as I greated her respectfully I was told "I am with a customer", no hello no smile just a harsh additude and rude demeanor.
Honestly was embarrassed as the store was full and I was looked at when she abruptly yelled she was busy.
Not how a customer should be treated.
Staff is always ready to help solve problems.

If I could give less then 1 star I would have. I wish I read the reviews before I used that store for online order pick up. The older gray haired man was so rude and arrogant. Why have a job dealing with customers if you so miserable. Will never go to back to that location. From all the other reviews the owners should acknowledge that there's a problem with the staff. Replace them ALL!
Just visited this store to resolve a problem with my Verizon service. Got some helpful advice to fix the problem. Lots of free parking.
