Verizon, Franklin Square NY

Great service from Harry at Verizon. I'm a tmoblie customer who switched to Verizon. I was having the worst problem with tmoblie regarding my billing and my phone I was able to get fixed the way I wanted it and a price that I wanted to pay. Highly recommend stopping by at this location if you need any help.

Deceptive practices. Telling you it will only cost $20 more to upgrade all your lines when yours is the only phone with the issue. Then telling you they made a mistake on that price but will give you a free gift of an iPad to make up for it only to find the cost of the iPad plus a monthly service charge on your bill. You return it because you never wanted an iPad and now you are spending hours trying to get it taken off your bill.

After being on the phone with Verizon Wireless for literally 4 hours and then again for 2 hours I went to this Verizon store and they accomplished in 10 minutes what I tried to get done and couldn’t in 6 hours on the phone. An amazing experience! Thank you!
