This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. They were able to fix my phone while I waited and did not overcharge me or push anything else. Extremely competent staff who knew what they were doing. On top of that there were quality accessories in stock.

This is the best Verizon store you will find anywhere. Brian is a true one of kind—warm and patient and knowledgeable and kind and honest. He goes above and beyond every time we go in there!
