I just purchased a new IPhone @ Verizon on Rte 31 Clay, and I was highly impressed by Larry, who from the greeting at the door to my final exit, he was extremely professional, thorough, patient and highly knowledgeable.
He represents Verizon with a high 5 star.

Great service. Very nice atmosphere while you wait and they are so professional and seem to always help me with my problems.

I went to the Verizon store in Liverpool. I signed the deal because the phone was free. After numerous calls to Verizon, and many visits back to the store, six months later I'm still paying for the phone. Go anywhere else but Verizon. They are just thieves. After having my phone free for one month, as I was promised, Verizon turned right back around and DOUBLED my bill for the following month.

It all depends on who you get but for the most part everyone there is very knowledgeable on what you're asking them

When I was young (I’m 35), Verizon was the best service. My parents always had Verizon and since I was on their plan I did too and it was great 15 years ago. Now there are so many other competitors out there and since I came off my parents plan after high school I’ve been with a few other carriers but not Verizon again since last year. I can honestly say that in my area they are the worst service. 3 other carriers were flat out better. I pay for 5G Ulta Wideband but seemingly never have it, I’m always on just regular LTE. The service at this location was fine, probably just the time of day I went. Other than that I made a huge mistake switching back to Verizon.

V was absolutely wonderful! Stayed late to make sure i was all set. Super personable and answered all my questions! Shout out to Jeff too for staying after with him!

An amazing experience. The manager "V" greeted us and helped us buy a new phone to replace a phone that had fallen into water. He was so efficient and helpful. Thank you!
