7I know it’s a complicated business with a lot of moving parts, but I have to say that the Verizon store here in New Paltz makes it a heck of a lot easier. I have been going there for years and Sam and her staff are patient, professional, and always seem to find a good solution. I highly recommend this store, and on top of everything else, Sam is a terrific person.
This place was so bad.my iphone 11 pro max wasn’t working and the guy didn’t help me at all.and i came back 2 days later and he said “he couldn’t get into the account” and he was raising his voice and made me go to the verizon in poughkeepsie because apparently he didn’t have the power to fix it.
Bought a new screen protector ($65) firstly she charged me for the wrong one and secondly the saleswomen suggested that she put it on as she’s the professional and does it all the time… what a mistake that was the screen protector was too close to my case edge and came off in a few hours after purchase, and could not be put back on. Absolute waste.
My experience was amazing I got all the help I needed I had been trying to handle this for two months and other stores had failed to help me and Sam helped through all the steps and I am very satisfied!
I just went into this store to buy a case for my new phone. I think they had it in stock, but I had to walk out. The woman working here is beyond rude, belligerent, abrasive and abusive. I'm going to a different store where the employees do not insult the customers.
I came to different verizon locations 7 times to get a new phone and each time there was a problem on their end.the first time i spent about 4h in the store for them to tell me we will have to try next time, so i waisted half of my day off.last time i came it was the day of my vacation and i counted on the phone on vacation.the phone finally arrived and it was right in front of me but guess what.there was a PROBLEM and they didn't give me the phone because the number was given TO SOMEONE ELSE.so i will not have the phone on my vacation, i'll have it when i get back.gr8

My college son went into the store for assistnace and the representative was extremely rude and told him to contact apple. Do not waste your time or give them any business. People with poor customer service should not be in this business.
