21They sign says Verizon but they are not a corporate store. I asked for a SIM and after they took all the info, they tell me it is $10. I asked why and they said we are not a Verizon store but a Verizon store would do it for free Tell me this before you access my account.
Stefan was absolutely wonderful. I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past with cell phone stores. I felt I was being taken care of and wasn’t being swayed into a bad deal. He was patient and took the time to explain every aspect of the process including how my bill would change. This is my favorite Verizon store I have ever been to. I got a new iPhone, Apple Watch and my mom got a new iPad Air. My mom worked with Aaron and he was helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommend this store. I refuse to go anywhere after my experience here.
Jonathan in Hudson store was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful. He went above and beyond and helped us with so many things! I am enjoying my new phone. He was great and I am happy that we had his help! Thank you Jonathan!
My new iPhone was not working correctly. Nick and Aaron at the Hudson, NY store were patient and unbelievably fixed my problem! Apple tech support told me it was a hardware problem and I would need a new phone. So I went back to the Hudson store where I purchased it. I actually had to go in 3 times because I became locked out of my account and it took a week for Apple to send me the reset link. Aaron fixed it as soon as I was able to reset my apple password. It was not a hardware problem!
Yay- I walked out of the store with my 3 month old phone as good as new.

This place has terrible service I was in there waiting and a woman walked in and took her first I'm done with verizon.
They take forever to pick up the phone waited a whole hr gets even worse when you get there, line takes forever and barely moves.
Great service! You may have to wait awhile for someone to be able to assist you with your issue, but it's because they are very thorough. Don't go in here thinking you'll be out in 5 minutes, unless maybe paying a bill. Last visit for my husband and I was about 2 weeks ago now. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly.
A bit long of a wait but this store extremely Bizzy with paying customers. Verizon has helped me out and led me right direction with questions and technical help.
Hudson Verizon store has the customer service we ALL need! Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and we were taken care of, immediately, without hassle. Good job!

I received great service today @Verizon on Fairview Ave.in Hudson. My account issue was explained & handled in a very timely way &with friendly courteous service.
Just purchased my Galaxy Note 8 from this store. Very up to date with there products.only gripe I have is as a promo deal I recieved a free glass screen protector. Come to find out if I was told to register it on the makers weight I would have been covered when it broke. I just would have had to pay shipping. But beings I didn't register it I had to pay 49.99. Oh well I registered it this time.
Ive been coming in for a year and since Erika started my service in store has been quick and efficient.you guys definitetly made the right choice hiring her on as manager.
I haven't had much luck in the past here, but today, the staff was more than helpful. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Definitely changed my mind towards customer service at this Verizon.
Terrible waited 40 min and not a single person even asked me can I help answer a question 2 people helping one person and another guy helped another couple I just left can't wait a hour without so much as a "we will be right with you do you have a question I can answer"
The wait time was ridiculous as always. The guy seemed to have an attitude and didn't even check the phone before making us wait through the whole process.
I was told on the phone from Verizon rep to go down to a Verizon store and they would exchange my Jetpack that I was having trouble with and I was told they will not exchange that I have to pay $60 I'm a long time long long time customer they should have never told me take that trip as 74 years of age
By far the best mobile store I've been in. Sales staff knows their stuff and while there's sometimes a bit of a wait, it's a busy spot, so what did you expect? Lots of stuff to look at while you wait.
