Persons at the east Fordham road store very respectful and kind. The person that help me I forget her name and I apologize for that. She has blonde hair and assisted me in purchasing an iPhone max for my wife.
Very poor customer service. The wait time outside is way too extreme, especially when u have young children with you. This place definitely needs an upgrade
Everyone was nice, but waited 40 mins in an empty store being the “next in line”.

Worst customer service coming from the supervisor dismissed me on his phone really didn’t care to help. I came back to the store twice tryin to get both lines open due to miscommunication with the plan it seems like I was bothering the workers felt horrible that day. Verizon needs better training!

I was greeted by staff upon entry. A gentleman asked how he could help. I was there to restore my service. He asked for my number and confirmed my name. A few taps on his tablet and a credit card swipe later I was on my way. Professional and friendly service from a corporate store. Keep up the good work.
This location has been historically bad! So bad you might have to close it down and re open. Horrible service.
You can buy phones, laptop, and tablets in the verizon shop. It is a good place to shop if you want to buy a phone or a tablet
Negative experience at this store please look into hiring a new team at this location. SERIOUSLY! JUST HORRIBLE!
Always help me when I need it and look out for me always. I have never had problems with this Vrrizon store ever. In fact, they always solve my problems!
This store sucks. I went 3 straight days and they couldn’t help me. Had me call Verizon two times to identify my identity and when Verizon called them up they said they didn’t know what was going on. They gave an authorized user on my account a very difficult time. Never going back again and I recommend people not to either.
The employees tell you one thing about a promotion but once you call the main number I would say the headquarters, you get another information

I really do avoid coming into Verizon because of my experiences with the stores in Midtown, Manhattan, but today's experience at the store in Fordham has reaffirmed my belief in the Verizon product! I pay my house phone at this location which the machine is never working 4 those paying with a credit card.
Arrived no greeting no sign in. The manager asks if i needed anything then says ok but doesnt help me. Waited another 15-20min no one approached or asked for help. Once helped got a bit of a run around due to my accessory no having been attached to acct.but they did go above and beyond in resolving and helping with my accessory purchase. Overall i give them 1 star first impression. Lacking in alot of areas.
Walk into this location to find out information on my account the gentleman who was helping me wasn't able to provide me with the information so calls the store manager by the name of Marcelle Andujmar i explain the situation. Asked me for my ID atm i had a temporary ID and says she's not able to help me so i have both my expired photo ID and my dmv temporary Id and still declined to provide me with service and started to catch an attitude.
