Don’t go here if you’re Indian. These guys Shaun and Deepak will get too comfortable with you and mislead you with information. Don’t think they know what they’re doing. All they care about is the surveys you write about them.

What an amazing store! I wish Verizon would have sent a survey to me so I could rave about them! My sales person Shawn went above and beyond, reviewing my plan, available discounts and products that would compliment my new phone! I’m always a supporter of community, and very pleased to have this gem of a store and staff close to home!

Great customer service from Shawn and Rix. Helped me set up my new line, no problem at all. Process was brief and clear.

I finally had the pleasure of a smooth & non-painful experience after visiting the Glen Oaks location & being greeted & helped by the very pleasant young lady Shazeenah! Not only did she make the process as easy for me as possible she also tried her hardest to get me in & out being I was in a rush.

I had a wonderful experience with Imran at this Verizon location! Everyone was pleasant, but Imran really went above and beyond. He was patient and so helpful, transferring all of my info from my old phone to my new one and even staying past closing to make sure we got everything we needed. He thoroughly explained our costs and seemed interested in actually getting us a good deal on our phones and our plan. When I came back a couple days later because I was having an issue with the screen cover, Imran remembered me and helped me again, no questions asked. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, he also made the experience fun. I will definitely return to this location for my future phone-related needs.

Imran did a great job in just few minutes, i had a flight today just came in to inquire about international plan, imran upgraded my Wife's phone and transferred everything for her in no time as he promised. I originally went to the Verizon branch in Westbury but they weren't as nice and patient as Manny and his team. The team at the Glen Oaks branch helped me lot with my account and got me the right phone for me. I saved about $20 a month more compared the pricing I got at the other branch.
