Amit has been most helpful for my many apple gadget purchases and upgrades over the years. He knows what he is doing and I appreciate the excellent service every time I go into the store.

First experience with this Verizon store. Got service quickly. Salesman was responsive to my needs. He responded to my query about new equipment and described what would, or would not, meet our needs. His input guided me to make decisions about commitments to make Now, and what ones to defer until we next look at our equipment, in perhaps 12-15 months from now. Very satisfied.

My phone was shot and my back up phone was so old it couldn't go on the internet. The staff at Syosset Verizion went above and beyond in helping me. I was a very happy customer.

I went in and Nik helped me right away. I purchased my iPhone 12Pro and he helped set me up. He offered me 25% off on merchandise I purchased from the store. I was in and out within 25 mins. He is very knowledgeable about technology. I would recommend this Verizon store.

I had a great experience. They stayed open later so my son could get his phone. He was very excited as it was his first phone. They were very respectful and extremely helpful.

Left the store feeling great only to realize later that I was completely scammed. The sales rep Peter told me he could lower my tv bill by setting me up with new service, he told me that I HAD to purchase a “free table” in order to qualify for mobile home rewards and receive a $10 discount. I left the store with a new samsung tab a which i had absolutely no use for (I use Iphone) until a friend told me that mobile home rewards was simply a program offered by verizon to loyal customers and all I had to was login and enroll to receive my discount not purchase any tablet. It has now been 2 months since this scammer made me buy this tablet and I have to pay $10 until the end of my 2 year term. Absolutely horrible.

I had to quickly find a Verizon location to replace my phone today when the pixels on my phone broke and my phone couldn't be used at all. The 2 salesmen at the store were kind, patient and made sure I selected the best phone for my personal and work use. Thank you so much!

Peter was a great consultant. He helpedbus switch from att. Saved us a lot of money. Switch 6 phones and the data takes a lot of time and he stuck with us through the transition

I was in there a while ago and this sales rep named Mo helped me out and he was very unprofessional and rude because i came in there to check some prices and didnt want to buy anything at the moment. He saw other potential sales in the store and started to just get annoyed with my questions, horrible customer service! Would not recommend unless you go in there to buy something or else they will get annoyed by you and give you half-hearted answers.

I came in to return my set-top box and my information wasn’t entered properly by a previous call to VZ customer service. I was frustrated and my 1.5 YO son was getting cranky. Peter to the rescue! He helped me figure out a solution to the problem and I was out of the store in 5 minutes. Thank you!

Went in to pick up a router, left transferring 2 of my 4 iPhones from AT&T (with the other two coming as soon as off contract), adding Fios TV to my house and getting rid of DirecTv.

Saving $100+ a month, more when I move over the other lines and have brand new nearly paid off iPhone 11’s. Thanks Amit!

I ordered an additional FiOS One Mini set top box online and picked it up at this store last week. No thanks to the Verizon employee who told me I could activate the box by calling 1-800-verizon and providing the serial number of the box. That turned out to be incorrect. A six- digit activation code was required to activate the box, and of course, I did not have one. Tried to get an activation code online and then on my phone using the MyFiOS app - nope. Had to call the dreaded Verizon - where they make it almost impossible to speak with a human. But persistence paid off - after repeatedly asking the robovoice for a representative I finally got to the one Verizon human manning their toll-free phoneline. Almost an hour later, after numerous reboots, the new box worked! Verizon has a good product but they treat their customers with great disdain.

Actually one of the few times dealing with Verizon was smooth and problem free. Amit was the only reason why. He layed everything out and broke down my plan for me month to month to make sure everything was correct. Very friendly and a straight shooter. I highly recommend the Syosset Verizon store and asking for Amit.

Walked into the store with a Verizon FiOS account that was out of contract. I met with Peter who was very knowledgable and who walked me through all the options. When I walked out I was all set up with upgraded speeds and monthly savings!
