We have all had bad experiences at a Verizon store-long wait, less than helpful technician, etc. THIS IS NOT THAT KIND OF STORE! After experiencing mechanical problems with my iPhone, Brittney first helped me file for an insurance claim. Returning two days later, Mike made the tedious transfer from the old to the new phone. There were several glitches and delays with the update, but he was SO patient, explained things beautifully, and gave clear estimates of the time involved (so I could run a few errands). I was so, so impressed with the staff here and would highly recommend this Verizon location. A fabulous experience!

Went to the store at 4: 30 to pick up an Apple Watch that I ordered the week before and was denied service by the young lady there because they close at 5.

Visited the store earlier today, Mike was very personable, helped me with my upgrade, explained everything in detail and helped me figure out all my passwords, only downside was the other gentleman seemed to be snoring at the other end of the table while I was working everything out with Mike.aside from that it was a great experience

Dan, the salesmen was incredibly misleading in his sales. I expressed that I needed my new device by Saturday and he said it would not be a problem and it would be here by Friday. It did not come in, was told “it is what it is” and on Monday (today) when I picked it up, I asked if there was anything they could do for the delay and he said “no, why would I? ” Well, I picked up the device and left. Horrible customer service and horrible to not take ownership of misleading a customer. Will never shop here again, the only reason I went through with the purchase was because I couldn’t wait longer to get it ordered from another store. Customer service here stinks!

I had the best experience ever. My daughter had an oops with her phone. It was bad. We went into the store and Mike is the most professional employee. He not only explained everything in detail as to what was going to happen but he didnt miss a beat. I will only go to this store for now on. If you have any questions he can answer them. This store is Awesome! I have a very happy girl thanks to this store and Mike.

When I visited Verizon Wireless Mike was the sales associate that helped me with my upgrade. He was courteous and kind. He took so much time to make sure that nothing was lost when transferring data to my new phone. I highly recommend if you visit this Verizon store that you ask for Mike!
