Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone, Howard Beach NY

I went here because my iPhone was broken and ended up purchasing a new model. Miguel was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and patiently walked me through setting up my new phone and made sure everything including my photos and passwords were transferred over safely. Overall great experience and would come back.

Had an excellent experience today with a sales representative who was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Patrick. I'm not tech savvy but they were able to get a new phone and transfer my data relatively fast and this being a phone I also use for work it was greatly appreciated

Patrick was a great help for me at the store. Confused and unable to activate my new phone. He calmly walked me thru the process and had me good to go in no time. Deff try to see Patrick when you’re there patient, kind, and insightful.

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and made my way to Verizon in Howard Beach. The three gentleman at this location were extremely professional and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and provided a complete breakdown. A shout out to Brad for making my transition from Apple to Samsung enjoyable and smooth. I highly recommend this location

Great location with amazing customer service. Came in to get a new phone for my wife. The salesman Erick really helped us out and layed out our options. He was so great we ended up taking 2 phones! He set both of them up for us and transferred everything! Definitely recommend this store to everyone!

I recently switched my carriers to Verizon and was very hesitant at first, but after going into the store and talking with the staff, I was very confident that I was making the right decision. One of the staff members, Amanda, was very helpful. I explained to her my troubles with my other carrier and she helped me get my plan switched over to Verizon with no problem at all. She was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable in which she took her time helping me along the way. Amanda, along with the other staff in the store, were very welcoming and helpful throughout this transition. I will recommend this store to others!
