I've been coming to Alex at Wireless Zone for
years. Every time a new iPhone comes out he
takes care of me and my family. Best prices on accessories, phenomenal service year after year, this is what neighborhood businesses are all about!

The worst service ever, Alex just told me coming 4 times every time it’s come next week, it’s a holiday, service not working, and last time he told me yes just call hot line, so why 4 time you told me come to the store and resolve 0, just 0, worst service I ever had

This is my first time that I went to this Verizon location on 18th ave. I did know what to expect. I go in and I meet Alex. This gentleman has knowledge, charisma, patience. He is very detailed when he needs to explain about your individual service. I was there for quite a bit, waiting for my phone to be completed. I had the opportunity to observe Alex’s interaction with any customer that came in. He made anyone come in feel welcome and gave individual attention while working on his previous costumers. Thank you and Kudos to Alex. I will recommend him to anyone. Great guy.

This will be the only Verizon store I go to now. Alex is such a cool and attentive person. He is incredibly helpful and he always looks out for the customer. He is very knowledgeable about all the newest phones and guides you during the purchase and the activation.
