I tried to take advantage of an iPhone upgrade promo over the phone with Verizon customer support. It was a complete waste of time and felt like a runaround with the rep.on the phone saying the promised promo.wasn't available. I wasted about an hour on the phone and then went to see Vic at the Verizon store on Dewey Ave. Vic identified the promo I wanted within seconds and processed my upgrade to a new iPhone on the spot. He setup the new phone, transferred over all my settings/data and even setup the new phone in a case + screen glass protector. It couldn't have been easier. The guys and gals working the local Verizon retail centers are FAR better than the support you get calling the generic Verizon number.

I came in today and CJ is the most knowledgeable salesman that I have ever seen in the cell phone company realm. This guy really cares about his customers and is such a great asset to Verizon! Well done!
