I had to upgrade my phone today and Christopher Hart was a great help. I converted from Apple to Android and he made the transition seamless. Everything went perfect and I can't thank you guys enough!

Bob and I tried multiple times (unsuccessfully) to purchase a new Motorola cell phone that would work at our home in the Bristol Hills.unsuccessfully, that is, until we met CJ at the Verizon retailer in Canandaigua, NY.

CJ warmly welcomed us, promised to take as much time as was needed to see that we had the right phone for us, answered every question.even those we had not thought of ourselves, promised to help us with any future questions, and sealed his promise with his personal phone number!

If you want a knowledgeable, kind, and patient professional to help you select a new phone or get the most out of your current cellphone, our advice is to visit the Verizon store in Canandaigua and ask for CJ.you will not be disappointed!

I can’t rave enough about Phil & CJ! I was really unhappy with my previous cellular provider and they not only answered my questions - but offered me several options and helped me select the plan that would best serve my needs. They showed me I could get a brand new phone by trading my iPhone 11 Pro Max for almost nothing (thank you Black Friday) they showed me I was paying for a lot of storage that I wasn’t using, and even found a special offer to upgrade my iPad Pro Gen 2 to a Gen 5 and keep my 12.9 screen! I had only seen the smaller screens and thought I’d keep the old one till it died.
I never felt any pressure to purchase anything - they offered options and time to think over my choices. I would HIGHLY recommend Phil and CJ if you’re looking to change your carrier or to just upgrade your current device.

Came in wanting a new phone, and was lucky enough to be helped by CJ. He explained the differences between the phones I was interested, and was very clear and concise about their capabilities. The service is great Everytime I come in. The people here are great. CJ and Bryan are very patient at helping and there's no one here that does a bad job
