These guys are amazing. Whenever i go there it's usually something simple i couldn't figure out. They help me without making me feel dumb.

Myles was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me a phone and all the accessories. He set it all up and explained everything. He answered all my questions. AWESOME.

Went in for the second time in two weeks, to get my watch to activate. The gentleman that helped me took the time to call customer support and got my watch working. Very professional and clean store

I had such a great experience at the Macedon Verizon store that I had to take a moment to post this review. I went in last week with a malfunctioning iPhone 11. I decided to replace the phone (thank you Apple Care). I was helped by Tyler who was clearly very knowledgeable about all things iPhone as well as about the various Verizon plans. I walked out of the store two hours later with a new iPhone13 with all my data seamlessly transitioned from the old phone AND a new plan that would end up saving me money every month! Shout out to Steve, the trainee, who also helped me out. You are learning from a Rock Star - Good Luck!

I always have such a great experience at this store. The employees are always great to work with. I would definitely recommend this store and will continue coming back!

My husband and I just stopped into the Macedon, NY location to upgrade our phones. There were two sales associates working. We recognized that both associates were helping customers so we patiently waited. After 10 minutes neither associate even acknowledged we were there. No one said hello or asked us to wait until we could be helped. It was as if we didn't exist. So we left. This was poor management and customer service.

Miles was awesome helping me out when I came in with a phone that has water damage he set me up with a new one and my monthly bill will pretty much stay the same
