Came here last minute, rather than making the drive to Springville, because my phone's touch screen stopped working out of nowhere. Hadn't really been looking to upgrade yet but Corey helped me find a phone right away that suited my needs and got me the most value for the trade in so it was financially smart. He made sure I knew how to use all the functions and checked in after a few days to see if I had any questions, make sure everything was working correctly and that I was happy with the purchase/didn't want to make a switch. Definitely top notch service.

Amazing service. Representative helped us do everything we went there to do as well as explained everything so that we could get.our.plan done the way we wanted it.

Brandon Rolling, and David Bushnell were very helpful in getting me set up with my new phone even when the company computers decided to do an upgrade and what should have been a few minutes turned into a 2 hour let's see what will work. In the end they got it all worked out. I got my phone (samsung s22 ultra) and I love it.

The "men" that work here are useless! How can you run a store but have to call your manager and ask how to fix someone's bill? Seriously people. I loved it better with the Radio Shack that turned into a Verizon store in Arcade so much better. You had a problem with anything and it was solved in minutes! Find a better team. And to have to pay with "exact change"? Omg

FORCED out of store for not wearing a mask even after i told him i cant tolerate it. I'M the customer getting my son a new phone and THAT'S the treatment i get. STORE policy. NOT the law. If I didnt love my son so much I wouldnt even buy here.

On May 20th, 2020, I revisited the Verizon Cellular Sales store in Yorkshire NY after a couple years of not shopping there due to a previous sales representative I had a bad experience with, a friend Highly recommended Jake Hartwell. I contacted Jake to purchase an Apple Watch series 5 after searching on Verizon with lots of questions I had about the watch and he got the watch I the Yorkshire store the next day. I can honestly say it was a great experience he answered all questions, , was very helpful with the set up, the purchase, all questions I had and the technical issues I had. Thank you again Jake for being a professional and a great sales rep! I will return to Jake for all my future Verizon purchases!

Jake is an amazing salesman, he always greets me by name and I can call him anytime day or night with any questions or concerns I may have.

Logan was my representative when I purchased a new phone the other day. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in leading me to a phone that fit my needs. She made sure to tell me all the charges that were going to be on my next months bill so there were no surprises. I also spent about half the amount of time in the store as what I did when I bought my last phone.
I 10/10 recommend her if you have any Verizon
